Abstract: A terminal apparatus includes a reception circuitry that receives a PDCCH including a DCI format; and a transmission circuitry that transmits a PUCCH. The DCI format indicates transmission of the PUCCH. In a case that a first higher layer parameter NrofSlots indicating the number of repetitions is configured for a PUCCH format corresponding to the transmission of the PUCCH, the number of repetitions of the transmission of the PUCCH is determined based on the first higher layer parameter. In a case that the number of repetitions per transmission of the PUCCH is indicated to be valid for the transmission of the PUCCH based on a second higher layer parameter, the number of repetitions of the transmission of the PUCCH is determined based on a value set in a PUCCH-RepetitionFactor field for the transmission of the PUCCH, included in the DCI format.

Abstract: A computer-readable storage medium stores instructions to configure a UE for multiple component carrier repetition transmissions in a 5G NR network, and to cause the UE to perform operations comprising decoding DCI received via a PDCCH. The DCI includes transport block (TB) information and scheduling information. The scheduling information indicating scheduled transmissions of multiple repetitions of a PDSCH TB using multiple component carriers. A TB size associated with the scheduled transmissions is determined using the TB information. The multiple repetitions of the PDSCH TB am decoded. The multiple repetitions are received from one or more base stations during the scheduled transmissions. PDSCH data is determined based on the multiple repetitions of the PDSCH TB and the TB size.

Abstract: An information handling system within a broadcast system includes a memory and a processor. In response to the decoding of the payload having failed, the processor provides a HARQ preamble on the one of the available downlink beams. The HARQ preamble identifies that the decoding of the payload has failed on the one of the available downlink beams.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be scheduled to send uplink data to a base station using a particular transmission length provided by the base station. The UE may send multiple repetitions of the uplink data to the base station using transmissions that have varying lengths. The UE may determine a transmit power based on the length provided by the base station and use that transmit power for transmitting the repetitions, regardless of the actual lengths of the repetitions.
