Abstract: A recombinant host cell capable of biosynthesizing cannabichromenic acid and a construction method thereof, and a method for biosynthesizing cannabichromenic acid through the recombinant host cell. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is taken as a host. First, cannabigerolic acid synthase and cannabichromenic acid synthase are over-expressed in the host; then, a metabolic pathway of a precursor compound, olivetolic acid, synthesizing cannabichromenic acid from saccharides is constructed in the host, a metabolic pathway for hexanoic acid to olivetolic acid is further constructed in the host, an endogenous mevalonate pathway of the host and a metabolic pathway of acetyl-CoA are optimized, cannabichromenic acid synthase is rationally designed, highly active cannabichromenic acid synthase is screened out, and finally, a cannabichromene pathway is located to peroxisomes and lipid droplets by using the cell compartmentalization principle to obtain recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae capable of biosynthesizing cannabichromenic acid.

Abstract: A 3D measurement model and the spatial calibration method based on a 1D displacement sensor are proposed. A 3D measurement system based on a fixed 1D displacement sensor is established; then a spatial measurement model based on the 1D displacement sensor is established; and then based on the high precision pose data of the measurement plane and sensor measurement data, spatial calibration constraint equation are established; a weighted iterative algorithms is employed to calculate the extrinsic parameters of the 1D sensor that meet the precision requirements, then the calibration process is completed. A high precision 3D measurement model is established; a 3D measurement model based on a 1D displacement sensor is established, and the calibration method of the measurement model is proposed, which will improve the precision of the 3D measurement model and solve the problem of inaccurate spatial measurement caused by the errors of the sensor extrinsic parameters.

An extraction method for the nucleic acids extraction system based on a 3D-printed microdevice is used to bind, clean and elute nucleic acids by moving the monomer 3D-printed microdevice or the 3D-printed microdevice among a solution containing target nucleic acids, a washing buffer and an elution buffer.

Abstract: A series of 8-(bisphenylethynyl)-ester flexible multiple ring-containing fluoroboron pyrrole liquid crystal dyes are synthesized by introducing a diphenylethynyl rigid structure at position 8 of a boron-dipyrromethene core via a Sonogashira coupling reaction, and a flexible multiple ring such as bicyclohexane, or cholesterol is connected to the biphenylethynyl via an esterification reaction. The dye compounds all have maximum emission wavelengths in methylene chloride concentrated around 525 nm, present green fluorescence, and show good dichroic colour ratios and ordered parameters in E7 liquid crystal. The liquid crystal compounds are in a liquid crystal intermediate phase within the range of 100-280° C., and may be used for manufacturing liquid crystal display products, especially as guest dyes for guest-host mode liquid crystal displays. The response time can be improved and a rapid response effect achieved when the compounds are added to E7 liquid crystal and used for a guest-host display mode.

The present invention simplifies a support structure, and has the advantages of low cost, no contamination to a machine tool, and convenient use; plays a function of clamping the workpiece.

This can solve the problems that when the existing laser metal deposition technology prepares the thin-walled preforms, the limit width size of a molten pool at high power affects the forming wall thickness of the preforms so that it is difficult to prepare preforms with wall thickness less than 2 mm, and the problems of poor surface quality and low accuracy of preforms due to convex and concave peaks caused by the interlayer overlapping, but also can solve the problems that a laser beam with a preset trajectory cannot act on the end surfaces of the preforms due to preform deformation caused by residual stress in a printing process so that the preforms cannot be continuously formed.

Abstract: A method for describing power output of a cluster of wind and solar power stations considering time-varying characteristics. The error function is employed to characterize the degree of difference in power output within periods, and split-level clustering is used to determine the optimal period division under different period division quantities. The economic efficiency theory is introduced to determine the ideal number of periods, avoiding the randomness and unreasonableness that may result from relying on the subjective determination of the number of clusters. This method can reasonably divide the wind and solar power output period, fully reflecting the time-varying law of wind and solar power generation. The results also can accurately reflect the distribution characteristics of the power output of the power station group at each time period, and the power output each time period shows better reliability, concentration, and practicality.

Abstract: A method for preparing an electron donor biofilm carrier includes proportioning organic polymer basic raw material and functional modifiers in a range of set-point, mixing the materials, feeding the mixtures into a screw extruder, processing them into a bar-type material, and then cut the bar-type material into granules with the cutting machine, and feeding the granules into the screw extruder, processing them into pipes of various shapes according to the selected screw extruder heads, and then cutting the pipes according to the required size. The electron donor biofilm carrier is mainly used in anaerobic or anoxic suspended carrier biofilm technologies. Electron donors with a standard electrode potential below 100 Mv are used as the functional material for preparation of electron donor biofilm carrier.
