Abstract: A microcapsule type curable resin composition produces substantially no gases when applied to an adherend, e.g., to a threaded member, which is then tightened, moreover, due to exceptional coating properties to an adherend, does not give rise to coating irregularities. The microcapsule type curable resin composition contains (A) microcapsules encapsulating a curable compound (a), (B) a substance able to bring about curing of component (a), and (C) a binder able to adhere the microcapsules to an adherend, wherein the microcapsule type curable resin composition includes, per total 100 mass parts, (D) 1-25 mass parts of mica having average particle diameter of 10-150 μm, and (E) 1-25 mass parts of an inorganic filler having average particle diameter of 3-50 μm, the mass ratio of component (D) and component (E) being 0.2-2.0 of component (E) with respect to 1.0 of component (D).

Abstract: The intention is to provide powerful pressure sensitive adhesives with high adhesion and adjustable cohesive failure characteristics. This is accomplished with pressure sensitive adhesives which comprise 30-90 wt % of at least one poly(meth)acrylate; 10-60 wt % of three-dimensional bodies K made from an inorganic material with a maximum extent of 40 to 300 μm; and 0.1-10 wt % of at least partly expanded microballoons M, based in each case on the total weight of the pressure sensitive adhesive. Another subject of the invention is an adhesive tape which comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive of this kind.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses an adhesive tape cartridge including an adhesive tape roll that is disposed in a housing and winds a double-faced adhesive tape. The double-faced adhesive tape comprises a base material layer, a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, and a separation material layer. The first adhesive layer is disposed on one side of the base material layer in a thickness direction and comprises an adhesive with a first pigment. The second adhesive layer is disposed on the other side of the base material layer and comprises an adhesive with a second pigment. The separation material layer is disposed on the other side of the second adhesive layer. An average particle diameter of the first pigment in the first adhesive layer and an average particle diameter of the second pigment in the second adhesive layer is different from each other.

Abstract: The present invention provides a conductive material comprising: (A) a π-conjugated polymer, and (B) a dopant polymer which contains one or more repeating units selected from “a1” to “a4” respectively represented by the following general formula (1) and has a weight-average molecular weight in the range of 1,000 to 500,000, (C) a nanoparticle which is selected from a gold nanoparticle, a silver nanoparticle, and a platinum nanoparticle and has a particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm. There can be provided a conductive material that has excellent film-formability and also can form a conductive film having high transparency and conductivity, superior flexibility and flatness when the film is formed from the material.
