    Abstract: An outer finned tube includes a tube body, an outer wall of the tube body is provided with outer tins spirally arranged in an extension direction of the tube body; grid fins are arranged between two adjacent spiral parts of the outer fins correspondingly; two ends of each grid fin are connected to the two adjacent spiral parts of the corresponding outer fin respectively; a gap is kept between each grid fin and the outer wall of the tube body; and the plurality of grid fins are spaced in the extension direction of the tube body. An enhancing cavity is formed in an area defined by the outer wall of the tube body, inner walls of the grid fins and the outer tins in an encircling way, which can form a larger degree of superheat, provides a nucleation point for a boiling/condensation process and improves a heat exchange performance.

    Abstract: A dual-polarized duplex antenna includes a top-layer dielectric substrate; a metal reflective ground plate below the top-layer dielectric substrate; vertically-placed duplex baluns for duplexing operation between the top-layer dielectric substrate and the metal reflective ground plate; and four dipole arms horizontally printed on an upper surface of the top-layer dielectric substrate. Each of the duplex balun includes a vertical dielectric substrate, a balun feedline printed on a front side of the vertical dielectric substrate, and a ground plane with a printed slot line printed on a reverse side of the vertical dielectric substrate. The balun feedline includes a low-pass filter, a high-pass filter and a microstrip feeding structure serving as a connection. The low-pass filter and the high-pass filter are located on two sides of the slot line, and are connected together by the microstrip feeding structure.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the field of super-hydrophobic surface technology, and discloses a durable hydrophilic-super-hydrophobic bipolar self-cleaning composite film and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method is as follows: adding an epoxy silane coupling agent into an organic solvent; after stirring and mixing well, adding an amine curing agent and distilled water to the mixture; stirring and adding micron-sized solid particles and hydrophobic nano silicon dioxide particles; continuing stirring to obtain a hydrophilic layer solution; adding a hydrophobic modifier and a hydrophilic nano silicon dioxide particles into the solvent to obtain a hydrophobic layer solution; coating a pretreated substrate surface with the hydrophilic layer solution, and performing heating treatment at 60° C. to 80° C. for 10-50 min; then coating the surface with the hydrophobic layer solution, and performing heating treatment at 100° C. to 140° C. for 50-90 min to obtain the durable hydrophilic-super-hydrophobic bipolar self-cleaning composite film. The preparation method of the present invention is simple, and the super-hydrophobic surface of the obtained composite film has strong mechanical durability and a good industrial application prospect.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses polymer surfaces with T-shaped microstructure and their fabrication method and applications. The polymer surfaces with the T-shaped microstructure are characterized in that T-shaped microposts arrange orderly on them, and nanobulges arrange orderly on the top surfaces of the micronails of the T-shaped microposts. A flexible insert is designed and manufactured according to the geometry of the T-shaped microposts, and nanogrooves are manufactured on the cavity surface of an injection mold according to the geometry of the nanobulges on the top surfaces of the micronails. The flexible insert is mounted on the injection mold cavity. An injection molding machine is used to inject the molten polymer into the injection mold cavity. Then the polymer surfaces with the T-shaped microposts, on the top surfaces of the micronails of which the nanobulges arrange orderly, are molded. The polymer surfaces with the T-shaped microstructure exhibit robust Cassie-Baxter state and moderate surface adhesion to water droplets, and can be used for quantitative collection, lossless transportation or micromixing of microdroplets.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing bendable nanopaper-based flexible solar cells by 3D aerogel jet printing. In this method, firstly all-cellulose paper is soaked in ionic liquid, and quickly partially dissolved and regenerated under the condition of hot pressing to produce nanopaper with high transmittance and high haze; and then a 3D aerogel jet printer is used to precisely print the respective layers of a solar cell on the surface of the nanopaper as a flexible substrate material, wherein the solar cell comprises an anode PFN/Ag NWs, an active layer CuPc/C60/PTCBI/BCP and a cathode MoO3/Ag/MoO3, and the thickness of each layer is precisely controlled by setting the parameters of the 3D printer. The electrode grid line on the surface of the prepared paper flexible solar cell has a width less than 10 μm and a thickness less than 20 nm. The prepared flexible organic thin film solar cell has a photovoltaic conversion efficiency 50% to 70% higher than that of the traditional flexible solar cell.

The method places a biomass sugar in a quartz tubular reactor, places the quartz tubular reactor at a temperature-controlled zone of a tubular thermal conversion reactor under the protection of nitrogen gas, controls a thermal conversion time, rapidly quenches a material to obtain an oligosaccharide precursor after thermal conversion ends, then dissolves by adding pure water and purifies through an inorganic ultrafiltration membrane, and finally obtain an oligosaccharide after drying.
