Abstract: A method of forming a multilayer coating on a substrate is provided. The multilayer coating exhibits reduced strike-in and mottling. The method includes the steps of providing the substrate including a primer disposed thereon, applying a basecoat composition on the primer, applying a clearcoat composition on the basecoat composition, and curing the basecoat composition and the clearcoat composition to form the multilayer coating on the substrate. The basecoat composition includes a film forming resin, a pigment, and about 5% to about 75% by weight on binder of a cyclic lactone modified branched acrylic polymer having a hydroxyl monomer content of about 1% to 65% by weight, all or part of which has been reacted with a cyclic lactone, and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of about 10,000 to about 150,000 g/mol.

Abstract: Disclosed is an ultra-thin composite transparent conductive film, including: a transparent substrate; a first UV glue layer disposed on one side of the transparent substrate, pattern-imprinted and cured to form a first grid-shaped groove, the first grid-shaped groove being filled with conductive materials to form a first conductive layer; a second UV glue layer disposed on one side of the first UV glue layer away from the transparent substrate to provide a reinforced insulating support layer; and a third UV glue layer disposed on one side of the second UV glue layer away from the transparent substrate, pattern-imprinted and cured to form a second grid-shaped groove, the second grid-shaped groove being filled with conductive materials to form a second conductive layer, where a thickness of the reinforced insulating support layer is in a range of 5-10 micrometers.

At least one of the basecoat materials includes the aqueous coating. Also described herein are multicoat paint system obtainable by this method, and the use of at least one polycarboxylic acid in an aqueous coating composition for improving the effect pigment orientation, or for color matching.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing, applying and fixing a multilayer surface coating (2a, 3a) on at least one surface (1a) to be coated of a host substrate (1) in order to produce a host substrate assembly. Starting with a fixative product (2) and a functional product (3) based on single-walled or multi-walled graphene, the method consists in successively applying: a layer (2a) of fixative product to the or to each surface (1a) to be coated of the host substrate (1); and a layer of the functional product to said fixative layer (2a). The assembly can be finished with a protective layer deposited directly onto the layer (3a) that contains the functional product. The invention also relates to a host substrate assembly which can be obtained by said method, a heating element, an anti-corrosion and/or anti-fouling/dirt-repelling element and a hydrophobic element each comprising such an assembly.

In the coating layer on a periphery of the fastening hole, the rubber layer is laminated and the rubber layer is arranged on a surface layer of the coating layer.
