Abstract:
A back massaging and cleaning device has a main body having a back plate, a first clamping block connected at right angles to a first end of the back plate, and a second clamping block connected at right angles to a second end of the back plate. A connection mechanism connects the back plate to a wall of a shower or bathroom. A back massaging and cleaning rod has a fixed rod and a movable roller wheel provided on the fixed rod, the fixed rod having a first end that extends through a hole of the first clamping block, and a second end that is seated in a groove of the second clamping block. The roller wheel has an irregularly shaped cylindrical body externally made from a back cleaning material and internally made from a massaging material.
Abstract:
A sex toy comprising a body housing a motor; a shaft coupled to the motor; a massaging member mounted over the shaft; and a controller coupled to control the motor to drive the massaging member in a reciprocating motion along the length of the shaft is described. The reciprocating motion results in a change in length of the sex toy. The change in length may comprise about 20 mms to about 100 mms; about 25 mm to about 90 mm; or about 30 mm to about 85 mm. One full stroke of the reciprocating motion may be performed in about 0.5 to about 2.0 about seconds; about 0.6 to about 1.5 seconds; or about 0.7 to about 1.0 seconds.
Abstract:
A pulmonary expansion therapy (PXT) device may be a handheld device that covers specific lung fields and may generate negative pressure fields locally. The device also may provide vibratory/percussion therapy for airway clearance. The PXT may generate a localized negative pressure field non-invasively to the exterior of the chest wall, thereby increasing the functional residual capacity in underlying lung fields. As a result, increased ventilation and perfusion to the targeted internal lung field may be achieved by creating a decrease in the external barometric pressure relative to the more positive intrinsic airway pressures. The PXT device also may improve lung compliance by enabling a medical professional to grab and elevate the chest wall to compensate for the dysfunction of the respiratory musculature responsible for lifting the chest wall. In some embodiments, once a targeted functional residual capacity (FRC) has been established, vibration or percussion may be applied.
Abstract:
A hands free washing assembly for washing a user's back includes a primary frame that may be coupled to a support surface. A coupler is coupled to the primary frame. The coupler engages the support surface so the primary frame is retained on the support surface. A plate is selectively operationally coupled to the primary frame. A user rubs the user's back on the plate so the plate scrubs the user's back. A secondary frame is operationally coupled to the primary frame. The secondary frame retains the plate on the primary frame.
Abstract:
A baby spa provides a child with comfort and relaxation by using water and multiple forms of motion. The baby spa contains a reclining motion seat, base for controlling the motion of the reclining motion seat, rotating lights, detachable mobile control device, digital thermometer for measuring water temperature, and safety system for water safety and drowning prevention. Once the baby spa is immersed in water, the reclining motion seat uses multiple reclining positions to allow water to gently glide across the child. The reclining motion seat is capable of three different motions: swaying, rocking, and vibrating. The base uses motors to control the reclining motion seat's three different motions. The detachable mobile control device controls motion and audio features of the baby spa. The reclining motion seat, rotating lights, and sounds from the detachable mobile control device works together and independently to provide a child with comfort and relaxation.

Devices, systems, and methods for promoting female sexual wellness and function. The devices, systems, and methods encourage clitoral engorgement using suction over the clitoris combined with vibratory stimulation.
Abstract:
A personal massager comprising a spherical body is secured in a disc shaped housing. The disc shaped housing has a circular cross section, a tapered perimeter, and a crater-like middle portion adapted to receive the spherical body. When the spherical body is secured in the middle portion of the disc shaped housing, a portion of the spherical body is exposed and can freely rotate in any direction. The spherical body is adapted to massage a user's body when a user presses the device against his or her body. The spherical body is further adapted to follow the contours of the body so as to provide versatility to the user when massaging various parts of the body. The device may be mounted on a wall with attachment means such as suction cups to allow a user to use the device in an upright position.
Abstract:
A plunger adapter and a detachable compression pad for piston driven chest compression devices optimizes the application of chest compressions to a fixed location on a patient's chest. The detachable compression pad may be removably secured to the patient above the patient's sternum to ensure that the compression pressure from the piston through the piston adapter is applied to a fixed location on the patient's chest. As the plunger and plunger adapter retract from the chest, the compression pad remains fixed to the patient's chest, and as the plunger and plunger adapter extend from the chest compression unit for subsequent compression strokes, the distal end of the plunger adapter reengages the compression pad to apply compression to a fixed location on the patient's chest.

Abstract:
A massage apparatus is provided for use in water environments in vessels such as jetted spas, baths, hot tubs and the like, the apparatus having a massager including rotatable, imbalanced impeller. An inlet of the massager is fluidly connected to a jet and an outlet is directed back to the water environment below the waterline. Flexible inlet and outlet conduits enable versatile positioning of the massager. The inlet conduit is connected via an adapter such as a funnel to a vessel wall or by a union to an individual jet.
