Abstract: The invention relates to a device for separating solid materials out of liquids or gases and for discharging solid material. The device comprises a pressurised container and at least one filter element, the at least one filter element being arranged in a flexible container which is arranged in the pressurised container and is sealed tightly relative thereto. The pressurised container comprises at least one outlet for discharging the solid material and the flexible container comprises at least one discharge connection, the discharge connection of the flexible container being guided through the outlet of the pressurised container and sealed tightly relative to the pressurised container. In this case the outlet and the discharge connection of the flexible container can be closed and sealed by means of a closure mechanism relative to the environment outside the flexible container and the pressurised container.

Abstract: An intermediate cover of a filter housing of a filter for purifying liquids can be mounted in the filter housing for separating a filter receiving space for a filter insert from a centrifuge receiving space for a centrifuge separator by a rotary and/or insertion movement relative to an imaginary axis. The intermediate cover is provided with a portion of at least one clean fluid channel forming a fluidic connection between a clean fluid side of the filter insert and a fluid outlet of the filter housing for a purified clean fluid. The filter insert has a connecting device arranged at an axial end face and connectable to the intermediate cover. An outlet opening for purified clean fluid is arranged at the axial end face and corresponds with an inlet opening of the clean fluid channel of the intermediate cover. The outlet opening at least partially forms the connecting device.

Abstract: The present invention presents a filtration system with an integrated manifold valve. The filtration system employs only one pivotal component—the pivoting of the manifold. The manifold valve includes a dual aperture design for a two-fold alignment scheme with the ingress and egress lines of the fluid source. The invention is free of multi-component rotary valve with internal, rotatable parts, or an activation component, such as a handle, for initiating the rotary valve, allowing the user to rotate the rotational components thereof. The reduction in moveable components in this design reduces the likelihood of failure and increases the reliability of the filtration system.

Abstract: A housing module of a fluid treatment module of a fluid system is provided with a fluid housing with inlet and outlet for fluid. Abstract: A filter including a container and a basket which is contained in the container and has mounted thereto a bag-like filter element and filtering liquid to be processed by allowing the liquid to pass through the filter element. The filter includes an upper tubular section forming the upper part of the basket and having an upper end open, and an annular seal mounted inside the container and held between the upper tubular section and the container. The upper tubular section has a first fitting surface having an outer diameter decreasing downward. The seal has a second fitting surface having an inner diameter which decreases downward and engaging with the first fitting surface. When the seal receives force acting outward radially from the upper tubular section, compressive deformation of the seal is limited to a predetermined amount.
