    Abstract: In this invention, Dome structure is constructed by, “Top connector” (TC) connecting to the “Base plates” (BP) by connecting the “Connecting arch's” (CA) and “Middle connectors” (MC), to form a meridian of a doom. “Middle connectors” (MC) are used to connect “Connecting arch's” (CA) to maintain a specific radius vertically for the entire structure, and to connect adjacent “Connecting arch's” (CA's) horizontally with horizontal bars, to maintain the stability of the structure at each horizontal level, as shown in FIG. 33. The “Middle connector's” are also used to attach another layer of similar dome structure to the structure and to attach accessories inside the structure.

    Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products for diagnosing consistency of a software cluster are provided herein. The system includes a deployment manager configured to function as a master node of the software cluster, a plurality of nodes connected to the deployment manager, and an electronic device or devices registered with the deployment manager. The deployment manager can be configured to generate a master matrix barcode and each of the plurality of nodes can be configured to generate a node matrix barcode. The electronic device(s) may be associated with a system administrator and may also be installed with application software. Embodiments may allow the system administrator to encode, manage and analyze diagnostic information of the nodes in the software cluster utilizing the master matrix barcode and the node matrix barcode in an efficient manner.

    Abstract: In deep submicron memory arrays there is noted a relatively steady on current value and, therefore, threshold values of the transistors comprising the memory cell are reduced. This, in turn, results in an increase in the leakage current of the memory cell. With the use of an ever increasing number of memory cells leakage current must be controlled. Random access memories with a dynamic threshold voltage control scheme implemented with no more than minor changes to the existing MOS process technology is disclosed. The disclosed invention controls the threshold voltage of MOS transistors. Methods for enhancing the impact of the dynamic threshold control technology using this apparatus are also included. The invention is particularly useful for DRAM and NVM devices.

    Abstract: Organic-inorganic composites were prepared as colloidal particles of a cross-linked, thermally responsive polymer. Hybrid PNIPAM-polysiloxane particles and composite polymeric particles with embedded nanoparticles of an inorganic metal-oxide (MOx) such as CeO2 and TiO2 were formed. To promote the incorporation of unaggregated nanoparticles, temperature responsive microspherical gels (microgels) of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) with interpenetrating (IP) linear chains of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) were used. The organic-inorganic composition of the hybrid polymer network was controlled by changing the time for condensation and hydrolysis of the siloxane monomer during synthesis. Experimental results indicated that the planarization of silicon oxide wafers using these hybrid particles and composites exhibited lower topographical variations and surface roughness as compared to slurries consisting of only silica or ceria nanoparticles while achieving similar removal rates and better or similar frictional characteristics.

    Abstract: Symmetrical, direct coupled laser drivers for high frequency applications. The laser drivers are in integrated circuit form and use a minimum of relatively small (low valued) external components for driving a laser diode coupled to the laser driver through transmission lines. An optional amplifier may be used to fix the voltage at an internal node at data frequency spectrum to improve circuit performance. Feedback to a bias input may also be used to fix the voltage at the internal node. Programmability and a burst mode capability may be included.
