    Abstract: There is described a connecting board for a power supply unit, comprising at least one power converter, at least one filtering unit connected to an input of the at least one power converter, a controller connected to the at least one power converter and the at least one filtering unit, and at least one output pin connected to the output of the at least one power converter. The filtering unit comprises interconnected components each having a resistive or a capacitive value, the resistive or capacitive value controlling at least one operating parameter of the power converter. The controller is configured to adjust the resistive or capacitive value for causing a given one of a plurality of voltages to be produced at an output of the power converter. The output pin is configured to receive the given voltage and to deliver the given voltage to a load.

    Abstract: There is described a rectifying circuit and method of control thereof. The circuit comprises four ideal diode elements connected in a bridge configuration; four driver units, each one of the driver units connected to a corresponding one of the ideal diode elements and configured to drive the corresponding one of the ideal diode elements; and a controller connected to the driver units and configured for: acquiring a current measurement flowing across the load and a phase measurement of the source; determining, from the current measurement and the phase measurement, corresponding conducting settings for the four ideal diode elements; and outputting at least one control signal to cause the driver units to drive the ideal diode elements in accordance with the conducting settings.
