Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the effort in placement and extraction of samples in observations using transmitted charged particles. A charged particle beam device (601) is characterized by having: a charged particle optical lens tube that irradiates a sample (6) with a primary charged particle beam; a sample stage on which a light emitting member (500) that emits light because of charged particles that have come by transmission internally in the sample (6) or scattering therefrom or a sample platform (600) having the light emitting member (500) is attachably and detachably disposed; and a detector (503) that detects the light emitted by the light emitting member.
Abstract:
An image diagnosis assisting apparatus according to the present invention executes: processing of inputting an image of a tissue or cell; processing of extracting a feature amount of a tissue or cell from a processing target image; processing of extracting a feature amount of a tissue or cell from an image having a component different from that of the target image; and processing of determining presence or absence of a lesion and lesion probability for each of the target images by using a plurality of the feature amounts.
Abstract:
A capillary electrophoresis apparatus is disclosed that does not discharge and achieves both compactness and performance even with a part configuration having insufficient spatial distance or creeping distance. This capillary electrophoresis apparatus is provided with a resistance heater for heating capillaries, an electrode holder that holds capillary electrodes and is connected to a high-voltage unit, and a conductive member that at least partially comprises metal and has been grounded to a low potential. The electrode holder and conductive member are in contact with heat-dissipating rubber disposed there between that composes a structure comprising an insulation member. As a result of this configuration, discharge risk is reduced through the reduction of the potential of parts near the high-voltage unit and the slow reduction of the high potential of the high-voltage unit.
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a single cell analysis device in which the improvement of the nucleic acid capturing efficiency and the improvement of the cell capturing efficiency are both achieved and a highly accurate single cell analysis data is thereby obtained. The present invention relates to an improvement of a cell analysis device including a two-dimensional array chip having a plurality of cell capture parts capable of capturing a single cell in each of the capture parts, and nucleic acid capture parts corresponding to the respective cell capture parts, the nucleic acid capture parts being capable of capturing a nucleic acid extracted from the cell captured by the cell capture part.
Abstract:
The present invention realizes determination of tissues and cells from an image by calculating feature values of a deformed degree of the cells even in a case where the tissues or the cells have various shapes. An image diagnosis support apparatus according to the present invention executes processing of inputting an image of cells, processing of extracting the feature values of a plurality of direction components from a target image of the processing, processing of determining whether or not the image corresponds to one-classification by using the plurality of feature values, and processing of determining whether or not the determination processing is finished with respect to all of the classifications set in advance (FIG. 1).
Abstract:
A diagnostic imaging assistance apparatus according to the present invention performs a process of inputting images of a tissue and a cell, a process of extracting feature amounts of a wide view and a narrow view from a target image to be processed, a process of classifying whether the target images having different views are normal or abnormal from the feature amounts, and a process of classifying a lesion likelihood using a classification result.
Abstract:
Reaction values indicating based on which areas in an input image a plurality of identification results representing the states of cells or tissues are judged are calculated, and differences between a plurality of reaction values are obtained to thereby calculate the degree to which cells or tissues in an area of interest likely are in each state. Thereby, each state of cells or tissues can be visualized at an accurate position in an area of interest; therefore, diagnostic assistance to pathologist becomes possible.
Abstract:
A blood collecting device collects blood in a short time after puncture without scattering the blood into the open air other than a container for collecting the blood. One of representative blood collecting devices has a container unit that includes a screw portion, a holder that holds the container unit serving as a system whose one end is closed, a puncture unit that can be attached to the container or the holder, a through-hole of the puncture unit, and a puncture unit protection member that protects the puncture unit and the container unit.
