    Abstract: Provided a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet including a substrate or a release material having thereon a resin layer that contains a resin part (X) containing a carbon atom-containing resin having a carbon atom in a main chain of a constitutional unit as a main component, and a particle part (Y) consisting of fine particles containing silica particles, a surface (α) having pressure sensitive adhesiveness, the surface (α) having a concave portion and a flat face existing thereon, a prescribed section (P1) having existing on the side of the surface (α) a concave portion having a prescribed maximum height difference, and a flat portion corresponding to a cut portion of the flat face existing in a region (P) and being substantially in parallel to a surface of the substrate or the release material in contact with the resin layer, and an absolute value of a ratio of an intensity ratio of a peak intensity derived from silicon atoms and a peak intensity derived from carbon atoms measured by EDX a for a prescribed region (S) that is positioned under one of the concave portion existing on the cross section, and the intensity ratio measured by EDX for a prescribed region (T) that is positioned under one of the flat portion existing on the cross section being 0.2 or less.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a peel detection label that is a laminate including a support, a pattern layer formed in a part of the surface of the support, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive laminate having at least a low modulus layer (X), a high modulus layer (Y) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (Z) in that order, in which the low modulus layer (X) has a surface in contact with the support and the pattern layer and a surface in contact with the high modulus layer (Y), and satisfies the following requirement (1):
    Requirement (1): when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (Z) of the peel detection label is attached to an adherend and then the peel detection label is peeled off from the adherend, the maximum vertical tensile stress applied to an element of the low modulus layer (X) that is located closest to the support is 0.19 MPa or more when analyzed by a finite element method using Abaqus.

    Abstract: Provided is a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet containing, on a substrate or a release material, a resin layer that includes a resin part (X) containing a resin as a main component, and a particle part (Y) consisting of fine particles, at least a surface (α) of the resin layer being opposite to the side thereof on which the substrate or the release material is provided having pressure sensitive adhesiveness, wherein plural concave portions having a maximum height difference of 0.5 μm or more exist in a prescribed region (P) on the surface (α), and 95% or more of the plural concave portions existing inside the region (P) have shapes differing from each other, and when the surface (α) of the resin layer is attached to a smooth surface of a light transmissive adherend having a smooth surface, the areal ratio of the attached area against the smooth surface of the light transmissive adherend to the surface (α) is 10 to 95%. When attached to an adherend, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet can readily remove air accumulation to be formed and therefore exhibits excellent air escape property, and have good blister resistance and pressure sensitive adhesive characteristics.
