Abstract: It discloses a chemical regeneration method of oxidized coenzyme NAD(P)+ which is under an oxygen or air atmosphere condition, adding a catalytic amount of bridged flavin, and oxidizing NAD(P)H to obtain NAD(P)+. The catalyst for regeneration of cofactor is cheap and easily available small organic molecule having no noble metal; this regeneration system can regenerate NADH and NADPH; this regeneration system has a wide pH range and temperature range, being applicable to various oxidation reactions catalyzed by nicotinamide-dependent oxidoreductase.

Abstract: A method for preparing a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound and a derivative thereof by an enzymatic-chemical cascade method, comprising: reacting an alcohol, an amine, an alcohol dehydrogenase, a flavin molecule and a coenzyme in a solvent to obtain the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound and the derivative thereof; compared with the prior art, the method is a green and economical enzymatic-chemical cascade method, and is used for synthesizing nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and derivatives thereof; compared with a common toxic chemical catalyst, the alcohol dehydrogenase is selected as a catalyst in the method, which has the characteristics of high substrate specificity, no pollution, high catalytic efficiency, no toxic solvents and simple post-treatment.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the field of rubber tire processing, and particularly discloses an application of a lignin in preparing a radial tire, wherein the lignin is capable of completely or partially replacing resorcinol, and meanwhile, the lignin is also capable of completely or partially replacing an anti-aging agent. Compared with the prior art, the resorcinol is replaced or partially replaced by a biomass-derived lignin or a modified lignin in the invention, so that requirements of cost reduction, environmental protection and no toxicity are satisfied. Especially, the lignin modified by demethylation according to the invention is capable of effectively enhancing various properties of rubber.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a fully bio-based, highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. The lignin-rubber masterbatch is prepared by a method comprising: (1) reacting a lignin, acetic acid, and oleic acid in the presence of a catalyst to give a modified lignin; and (2) blending the modified lignin and a rubber, and granulating to give the lignin-rubber masterbatch. The highly filled lignin-rubber masterbatch prepared by the present invention can replace the conventional reinforcing agent carbon black and provide a better reinforcing effect and higher mechanical properties for rubber materials. The present invention can also reduce the rubber content of the rubber composite materials while retaining the mechanical properties, thus featuring cost-efficiency.

Abstract: It discloses a lignin enhanced wood-plastic composite, belonging to the field of polymer based composites. The wood-plastic composite is composed of one or more of plant fiber, lignin, a recycled thermoplastic plastic, mineral powder and a processing aid, and is processed by a screw granulating extrusion process. Compared with the prior art, the mechanical properties, heat stability and aging resistance of a wood-plastic material are improved by adding lignin into the wood-plastic material according to the present invention.
