Abstract: A system is described for providing a hydrocarbon product stream. An electrolysis section provides a syngas stream from a first feed comprising CO2 and a second feed comprising H2O, which is then passed to an F-T section where it is converted to a hydrocarbon product stream and a tail gas stream. An electrical steam reformer section said tail gas stream and convert it to a second syngas stream, which is then recycled upstream the FT section. A process is also provided for converting a first feed comprising CO2 and a second feed comprising H2O to a first hydrocarbon product stream in a system according to the invention. The system of the invention can be combined with an upgrading section, in a gas-to-liquid plant.

Abstract: A plant and process for producing a hydrogen rich gas are provided, said process comprising the steps of: reforming a hydrocarbon feed in an autothermal reformer thereby obtaining a syngas; shifting said syngas in a shift configuration including a high temperature shift step; removal of CO2 in a CO2-removal section by amine wash thereby forming a hydrogen rich stream, a portion of which is used as low carbon hydrogen fuel, as well as a CO2-rich gas and a high-pressure flash gas stream. The high-pressure flash gas stream is advantageously integrated into the plant and process for further improving carbon capture.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydrocarbon plant and related process, in which a first feed of methanol, having a water content of less than 10% by weight, is converted in a syngas generation stage (A) into at least a syngas stream. A synthesis stage (B) is arranged to receive the syngas stream and convert it to at least a hydrocarbon product stream and an off-gas stream. Abstract: A system and a process for CO2 shift is provided. The system comprises a Reverse Water Gas Shift (RWGS) reactor, and a heat exchange reactor, HER. A first feed is converted in the RWGS reactor into a first product stream comprising CO. A second feed is arranged to be fed to a process side of the HER. At least a portion of the first product stream is arranged to be fed to a heating side of the HER such that heat from the first product stream is transferred to the process side of the HER, thereby allowing the conversion of the second feed to a second product stream comprising CO in the process side of the HER.

Abstract: A system is provided for reforming a hydrocarbon feedstock. The system comprises: first prereformer units and first preheating unit arranged upstream a bayonet tube steam methane reformer. The system is arranged to provide a temperature of the heated partially-reformed process stream at the inlet of the bayonet tube steam methane reformer of at least 600° C. and a temperature of the gas at the bottom of the bayonet steam methane reformer tubes of at least 800° C. This arrangement allows higher bayonet tube inlet temperatures, with reduced risk of increased metal dusting. A process is also provided for reforming a hydrocarbon feedstock in the system of the invention.
