Abstract: A serum albumin binding antibody or fragment thereof comprising a heavy chain variable domain having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 1 or SEQ ID NO:2 and/or comprising a light chain variable domain having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO:3 or SEQ ID NO:4, in particular comprising a heavy chain variable domain and a light chain variable domain having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO:3 or a heavy chain variable domain and a light chain variable domain having the sequence given in SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO:4. The disclosure also extends to polynucleotides encoding the antibodies or fragments, vectors comprising same and host cells capable of expressing the polynucleotides. The disclosure further includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies or fragments and therapeutic used of any one of the same.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a multi-specific antibody molecule comprising or consisting of: a) a polypeptide chain of formula (I): VH—CH1—X—V1; and b) a polypeptide chain of formula (II): VL-CL-Y—V2 and pharmaceutical formulations comprising, for example for use in treatment. Abstract: The present invention provides method for increasing the percentage of monomer in a composition of recombinantly expressed antibody molecules characterised in that the antibody molecule comprises at least one Fv with specificity for an antigen of interest comprising one VH and one VL wherein said VH and VL are connected directly or indirectly via one or more linkers and are stabilised by a disulfide bond therebetween, said method comprises a) a thermal conversion step of holding the composition comprising the antibody molecule at a temperature in the range 30 to 60° C. for a period of at least 1 hour, wherein step a) is performed in the presence of a reducing agent or after treatment with a reducing agent.
