Abstract: A paint sprayer includes a cart assembly supporting a motor and a fluid intake conduit. The cart assembly has a frame with a pair of spaced-apart legs for supporting the cart assembly in an upright position, a telescoping handle movable between a retracted handle position and an extended handle position, an upper bracket projecting from the telescoping handle and a telescoping support movable between a retracted support position and an extended support position. The telescoping support supports the cart assembly in an inclined position between the upright position and a horizontal position of the cart assembly. The cart assembly has a pair of lower wheels for rolling the cart assembly when tilted back from the upright position and at least one upper wheel disposed on the telescoping handle for rolling the cart assembly along with the pair of lower wheels when in the horizontal position.

Abstract: A method of generating a building assembly that includes spraying a coating material onto a plurality of pieces of substrate disposed on a first assembly face. The spraying includes spraying the coating material onto the plurality of pieces of substrate via a sprayer configured to apply the coating material to a target surface via a nozzle coupled with a mobile storage container storing the coating material, the coating material impregnating voids of the substrate. The method also includes allowing the coating material impregnating the voids to dry and harden and become rigid to generate the building assembly.

Abstract: One purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a fluid discharging system which is capable of stably supplying fluid to a discharging device while suppressing an increase in an installation space and cost. A fluid discharging system 10 includes a discharging device 30 configured to discharge fluid, a pump 20 configured to supply the fluid stored in a reservoir 22 to the discharging device 30, a supply line 40 connecting the discharging device 30 with the pump 20 to allow the fluid to pass therethrough, and a buffer tank 50, disposed at an intermediate location of the supply line 40, and configured to suck and discharge the fluid. The fluid discharging system 10 is capable of continuing supply of the fluid to the discharging device 30 by discharging the fluid from the buffer tank 50 to the supply line 40, while limiting the supply of the fluid from the pump 20 to the discharging device 30. The buffer tank 50 is capable of realizing a pressure acting state where pressure acts on the fluid, and a holding state where no pressure acts on the fluid.

Abstract: A portable, self-pressurizing sprayer or shower system includes a pressure container within a tank. Pressurized fluid, such as water from a residential water tap, is fluidly connected to the pressure container to fill and pressurize the system with the fluid. The sprayer system is then disconnected from the pressurized fluid source and transported to a remote location. A tube is then fluidly connected to the pressure container and the pressurized fluid is released through the tube to provide a portable sprayer system. A heating probe is provided that is removably secured to a second port in the pressure container. A fill kit is provided to fill the pressure container with a fluid, and then a pump is used to pressurize the system when a pressurized fluid source is unavailable.

Abstract: A method for spraying an oil, such as an MSDS exempt vegetable oil, onto a material handling surface to impede material from adhering to the surface. The method includes spraying the oil from an elevated position. The elevated position can be a platform comprising an elevated section configured to support a human operator, and spray equipment can be used to spray the oil, the spray equipment including a container for containing the oil, a hydraulic pump fluidly coupled to the container, and a spray wand and hose fluidly coupled to the pump. The spray equipment can be mounted on the platform and configured to enable an operator to operate the spray wand from the elevated section of the platform.
