    Abstract: 본 발명은 집전판과 일체화된 연료전지 스택의 엔드 플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 비전기전도성 재료를 재질로 하여 사출성형의 제조방법으로 제조되고, 내측면에 냉각수와 연료가스와 공기의 공급 포트 및 배출 포트에 노출되지 않도록 배치된 집전판이 단위전지가 접하도록 된 내측면만을 노출시킨 채 삽입되며, 외부 부하 연결을 위한 상기 집전판의 외부 단자가 삽입 설치된 설치부가 일체로 성형된 연료전지 스택의 엔드 플레이트를 제공한다.
    이로써, 본 발명에 의하면, 집전판과 엔드 플레이트의 부식문제 해결 및 이에 따른 성능향상을 이룰 수 있고, 부품수 축소 및 크기의 축소가 가능하며, 사출성형을 통한 대량생산과 제조비용의 절감이 가능하다.
    또한, 집전판과 엔드 플레이트의 일체화로 조립작업이 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
