Abstract: 본 발명은 압전 세라믹스 다수 개로 구성된 반파장 변환기 한쌍으로 이루어지는 압전 액츄에이터(진동빔)가 2개 이상의 복수개로 구성되는 복합 압전선형 초음파모터에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 복수쌍의 압전 세라믹스에 90°의 위상차를 갖는 두개의 고주파 전류 전계를 가함으로써 이와 연결된 2개 이상의 진동빔(shaking beam)에 타원형의 기계적 변위를 발생시켜 마찰력을 통해 이동자를 선형으로 구동하는 복합 압전선형 초음파모터에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면 진동빔의 개수에 따라 비례하는 높은 구동력을 얻을 수 있으며, 응답성과 이동속도가 빠르고 nm급의 높은 정밀도가 필요한 정밀과학기기, 반도체 제작장비 등의 위치 제어에 이용할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bender type multilayer actuator is provided to be capable of solving the depolarization problem generated due to reverse voltage by applying forward DC(Direct Current) voltage as driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A bender type mulitlayer actuator is provided with an upper layer(4) and a lower layer(5) formed at the lower portion of the upper layer. At this time, the upper and lower layer are formed by using a plurality of first and second piezoelectric ceramics(1,2) At the time, the first and second piezoelectric ceramics have different thicknesses, respectively. Preferably, forward DC voltage having the same direction as that of polarization, is alternately applied to the bender type multilayer actuator by using a center line(6) as a reference, wherein the center line is applied with minus voltage.

Abstract: A monoblock dielectric duplexer comprises resonant holes. Conductive electrodes and couplers are formed on one side of the dielectric block, whose other sides are covered with a conductive material. The conductive electrodes in a transmit-filtering portion are formed in an inter-digitating manner while the conductive electrodes in receive-filtering portion are formed to be of pad-shape.
