Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for monitoring product quality in real time and, more specifically, to a system for monitoring product quality using an RFID tag and an NFC code. To this end, the system for monitoring product quality according to the present invention includes: an RFID tag attached to a first packaging container in which a product is packaged, and transmitting an identifier for a product distribution history and waiting history information including at least one among a measured temperature, humidity or gas concentration; an NFC code attached to the product or to a second packaging container in which the product is packaged, and storing the identifier and address information of a product quality prediction server; a product distribution history DB for storing the identifier and the waiting history information received from the RFID tag; a user terminal for connecting to the product quality prediction server which is stored in the tagged NFC tag and requesting a quality index of the product; and the product quality prediction server for calculating the quality index of the product from the waiting history information received from the product distribution history DB according to a request of the user terminal. Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a sweet potato puree is provided to have excellent taste and texture by remolding the sweet potato puree. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a sweet potato puree comprises a step of heat-treating sweet potato at 60-80°C; a step of manufacturing a sweet potato puree by steam-treating the heat-treated sweet potato at 90-110°C; and a step of remolding a sweet potato-processed food by adding an alginic acid and calcium sulfate. The weight of the sweet potato puree is 82-87 parts by weight, the weight of the alginic acid is 0.75-1.5 parts by weight, and the weight of the calcium sulfate is 0.2-0.4 parts by weight, based on the total weight.
