대용량의 데이터를 각 파티션으로 분산하여 관리하는 대용량 파일 분산 관리 시스템에서 파티션을 분할하기 위한 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 분산 파일 시스템의 파티션 분할 장치는, 데이터를 분산하여 저장하는 파티션으로의 접속 빈도를 제1 주기마다 측정하는 빈도수 측정부와, 제1 주기의 정수배인 제2 주기마다 제2 주기에 상응하는 접속 빈도들을 이용하여 제1 로드를 생성하는 로드 연산부와, 제2 주기의 정수배인 제3 주기마다 제3 주기에 상응하는 제1 로드들을 연산한 제2 로드에 근거하여 파티션 분할 여부를 제어하는 분할 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A terahertz wave trans-receiving module, and an apparatus including thereof are provided to effectively applying the voltage for improving the heat radiation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz wave trans-receiving module comprises the following: a photo mixer chip(10) including an active layer(14), antennas, and electrode pads; a lens(20) located on the upper side of the photo mixer chip; a circuit board(30) including solder balls(34) connected to the electrode pads under the photo mixer chip facing the lens; and a package surrounding the lower surface and the side surface of the circuit board, and emitting heat generated from the active layer to outside.

PURPOSE: A Thz(Tera-Herts) transceiver of a frequency tunable type and a manufacturing method of a dual wavelength laser are provided to greatly reduce whole manufacture costs by manufacturing a micro structure. CONSTITUTION: A Thz(Tera-Herts) transceiver(100) of a frequency tunable type comprises a dual wavelength laser(120) and an optic device(140). The dual wavelength laser is used in order to manufacture two separate distributed feedback lasers on one substrate. The dual wavelength laser is driven with an integrated discrete device. The optic device directly combines optical powers to a lens(142) of an arbitrary shape. The optic device generates a tera-herts wave by directly irradiating a photo mixer(144) with combined optical powers.

PURPOSE: A laser device is provided to minimize output intensity difference between first and second laser light sources, by changing a gain curve of an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A 1×2 distributor is arranged on a substrate. The 1x2 distributor includes a stem core, a first branch core and a second branch core. An active layer(110) is connected to the stem core. The active layer generates a light source with plural wavelength. The active layer provides gain. A first diffraction grating(125a) is coupled to the first branch core. A second diffraction grating is coupled to the second branch core. An active layer-micro heater(140a) supplies heat to the active layer. A first and a second micro heater(145a,145b) supply heat to the first and the second diffraction grating respectively.

PURPOSE: A photo mixer module and terahertz wave generating method thereof are provided to increase the strength of exciting light for generating a terahertz wave, thereby increasing the stability of the photo mixer. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor optical amplifier(110) amplifies incident laser light. The semiconductor optical amplifier includes a gain waveguide(112) and an electrode(114) for amplifying incident excitation light. A photo mixer(120) generates a consecutive terahertz wave by exciting the amplified laser light. The photo mixer comprises electrodes(126,127) for providing bias to antennas(124,125). The photo mixer is formed of the same module as the semiconductor optical amplifier.

PURPOSE: A dual mode optical fiber laser module is provided to obtain two stable oscillating wavelength by controlling the two oscillating wavelength using injection locking method within the optical fiber laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A dual mode optical fiber laser module(200) comprises an optical fiber laser(210), a first injection locking unit(222) offering the first injection locking to the optical fiber laser, and a second injection locking unit(224) offering the second injection locking to the optical fiber laser. A first wavelength of the first injection locking unit and a second wavelength of the second injection locking unit are different from each other.

CONSTITUTION: A light source(110) outputs an optical signal including a target frequency component corresponding to target frequency. A plurality of antennas(120) comprises different frequency characteristics. A control circuit(130) transfers the optical signal to an antenna selected among plurality of antenna corresponding to a target frequency component having frequency characteristic. The selected antenna receives input of the optical signal. The selected antenna transmits the transmission signal having goal frequency component.

PURPOSE: A photomix module is provided to ensure the productivity and reliability thereof by forming a Fresnel lens at the back surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A photomix module(130) includes a substrate(132), a photomix structure(135) and a Fresnel lens structure. The Fresnel lens structure is provided to the lower portion of the substrate, and the photomix module collects a terahertz wave of a photomix structure the light incident to the substrate through the Fresnel lens structure. The Fresnel lens(131) is arranged with the photomix structure, and collects the terahertz wave of the photomix structure through the diffraction.

본 발명은 PLC-ECL형 파장 가변 광원의 제작과 응용에 있어서, 파장 가변 기구의 성능과 안정성 개선, 광원의 패키징 성능과 양산성 개선 및 광원의 WDM-PON 적용에 대한 초기화 및 안정화 기능을 부가할 수 있는 파장 가변 광원 및 그 광원을 이용한 WDM-PON을 제공한다. 그 파장 가변 광원은 반도체 광 이득 매질이 실장된 제1 하우징; 실리콘 기판, 상기 기판 상에 형성되고 상기 기판을 상부층으로부터 열적으로 차단하는 열차단막, 광도파로의 열광학 효과를 이용하기 위해 상기 열차단막 상에 형성된 박막금속히터, 및 상기 박막금속히터 상에 폴리머로 형성된 클래드층 및 코아층을 구비한 광도파로;를 포함하는 평판형 광도파로(Planar Lightwave circuit: PLC) 소자가 실장된 제2 하우징; 및 광섬유가 실장된 제3 하우징;을 포함하고, 상기 제1, 제2, 및 제3 하우징이 광결합 렌즈를 통해 광축 정렬이 이루어지고 레이저 웰딩(laser welding) 방법을 통해 결합되어 있는 PLC-외부 공진기(External Cavity Laser: ECL) 구조를 갖는다.
