CONSTITUTION: A trailing arm(10) of a vehicle comprises a knuckle-mounting bush(11) combined with a knuckle; a body-mounting bush(12) combined to a body side; a cylindrical knuckle-mounting bush rod(13) with one end formed in one body with the knuckle-mounting bush, and the other end formed toward the body-mounting bush; a cylindrical body-mounting bush rod(14) with one end formed in one body with the body-mounting bush and the other end formed toward the knuckle-mounting bush; and a center bush(15) connecting the tip of the knuckle-mounting bush rod and the tip of the body-mounting bush rod, and damping impact force while varying overall length of the knuckle-mounting bush rod and the body-mounting bush rod in the forward and backward directions of a vehicle body when impact load is input. Thus, impact force is damped while the overall length of the trailing arm is changed variably. Accordingly, performance of the vehicle is sharply improved and riding comfort is improved. And traveling noise is reduced and traveling performance is improved.
