Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a nitriding layer of an epsilon phase from being generated on a frictional surface by applying a plasma ion nitriding treatment method allowing phase control, to increase the wear resistance of a frictional material by generating a nitriding layer of a gamma-prime (γ') phase with a compact structure, and to improve the appearance by preventing the corrosion of the frictional surface of gray cast iron parts. The plasma nitriding surface treatment method for gray cast iron parts comprises a step of plasma ion nitriding treatment which inputs the gray cast iron parts in a furnace, and maintains the temperatures of 400-550 in the atmosphere of ammonia gas added with reaction gas; and prevents the degradation of the coefficient of friction by controlling the nitriding layer phase generated on the surface of the gray cast iron part. Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk is provided to prevent the stress concentration of a joint part when braking by joining different kinds of brake disk elements using a ring type joint element. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk comprises a friction part(100), a hat part(300), a plurality of clamps(500), and a joint part. The friction part comprises a joint hole(120) and a joint flange(140) in the center. The joint flange is upwardly protruded along the circumference of the joint hole. The end of the joint flange is equipped with a first join part(142). The hat part comprises a second joint part(342) which is in touch with a first joint part by the surface. The clamp is inserted to the joining of the first and second joint parts by covering the entire circumference of the first and second joint parts.
