Abstract: PURPOSE: Fuel containable sub-frame structure of a vehicle is provided to improve safety by increasing rigidity of a fuel tank while maximizing use of space of a rear-under floor of the vehicle through unification of parts of the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: Fuel containable sub-frame structure of a vehicle functions as a fuel-receiving expanded space, expanded to a sub-frame range for mounting dual control links comprising a rear wheel suspension, and as a sub-frame. The expanded space is formed through an expansion part formed to a lower panel(10b) of a fuel tank(10) protruded toward the sub-frame range. A reinforcing panel(20) covering the whole expanded space is attached to the expanded space and a bracket(21), to which one end of the dual control link is fixed, is disposed to the reinforcing panel. The expanded space is formed through the expansion part formed to an upper panel(10a) of the fuel tank protruded toward the sub-frame range. The reinforcing panel, to which the dual control links are mounted through the bracket, is attached to the expansion part of the lower panel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A MacPherson type independent suspension is provided to remove the bending moment of a shock absorber and frictional force between a shock absorber cylinder and a shock absorber piston by changing the load distribution state of shock load to the lower end of the shock absorber, a sub-frame or a vehicle body as well as to enhance stability by reducing a height between a road and a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A MacPherson type independent suspension consists of a sub-frame(1) as an entire frame; a lower control link(2) combined with the sub-frame and installed in the lower portion of a suspension arm; a knuckle supporting member(3) combining with the lower control link and supporting a knuckle; a shock absorber supporting member(5) supporting the lower end of a shock absorber(4) comprising a shock absorber cylinder(4a) and a shock absorber piston rod(4b); a coil spring(8) absorbing shock between a lower seat(6) of the shock absorber cylinder and an upper seat attached to the shock absorber piston rod; a shock absorbing member preventing the damage of the suspension in the shock absorber rod; and a suspension support(11) combining with a vehicle body(10) and supporting the upper end of the suspension. The lower seat is attached to the shock absorber supporting member and the upper seat is attached to a side member(12) of the sub-frame to change the load distribution state of a shock load transmitted from a road. Thus, the bending moment of the shock absorber is removed and the frictional force between the shock absorber cylinder and the shock absorber piston is removed. Furthermore, the length of the shock absorber is reduced for lowering a height(h) between the road and the vehicle body.
