Abstract:
Method in an oil and/or a gas production system comprising a plurality of oil and/or gas wells each producing a multiphase fluid stream, adapted for predicting change in produced fluids resulting from change in manipulated variables. Fitted model parameters which express the relationship between the change in manipulated variables and the produced fluids are determined from a set of historical production measurements. The method comprises the steps of: a. choosing a model structure which predicts change in produced fluids as a function of the change in manipulated variables, where the predicted change in produced fluids depends on the value of fitted model parameters; b. determining fitted model parameters so that predictions of produced fluids match said historical production measurements as closely as possible; c. determining a quality tag that describes the uncertainty of said predictions of change in produced fluids.
Abstract:
An industrial automated painting system with a color changer device (1) for connecting a number of lines (3) of selectable liquids with an applicator, wherein each of said lines is provided with a controllable valve (4) for connecting the line to the applicator, and said device comprises a control unit (7) for generating control signals (10) for actuating said controllable valves. The controllable valves are adapted with sensing means (5) for sensing the state of said controllable valves and adapted to communicate (11) said valve state to said control unit and said control unit is configured to detect error states of said controllable valves based on the sensed states and generated control signals for actuating the controllable valves.
Abstract:
A method for production optimization in an oil and/or a gas production system comprising: at least two flow sources leading to at least one common downstream flow line, and at least one manipulated variable of the production system, wherein the method comprises use of: a computational model of the production system comprising an interdependence between flow rates of said flow sources and a flow rate of the downstream flow line, and values of the manipulated variable; a feasible set defined by at least one constraint of the manipulated variable, and an objective function, to be optimized within said feasible set, defined by using said computational model. The method comprises the steps of: - splitting by calculation said feasible set into at least two subsets, - calculating, for each of said subsets, a best bound of said objective function by using said computational model, and - manipulating said manipulated variable by using said best bound to optimise said oil and/or gas production.
Abstract:
An insulated hose for a high voltage paint application apparatus comprising an inner hose containing a fluid or paint charged at a high voltage. The flexible inner tube hose (1) is arranged inside at least one flexible mechanical protection tube or layer (2) and an air excluding medium (8) is enclosed between flexible inner tube (1) and first flexible mechanical protection layer (2). A mechanical protection layer may be surrounded by an electrical protection layer which is grounded. A system for applying paint or other fluid materials at a high voltage is also described.

A robot controller for an industrial robot is described. The robot controller is a portable controller of the TPU Teach Pendant Unit type and comprises control means for moving a robot in three or more degrees of freedom. The TPU comprises a visual display and selection means associated with programming or controlling a robot. In other aspects of the invention a system comprising a robot and a control unit and the TPU are described. A computer program of the TPU for carrying out the method is also provided.
Abstract:
An apparatus for cleaning one or more parts of an automated painting or coating equipment comprising a source of gas under pressure, a source of a cleaning agent, a mixing means (3) for adding the cleaning agent to the said gas, and supplying it to the automated painting or coating equipment. The mixing means (3) is adapted to release the cleaning agent into the gas under pressure such that the amount of said cleaning agent released varies with time.

A door opener arrangement for a robot coating device, used for detecting a position of a part (6) of a door (7) so that the door can be opened and/or closed for interior painting. The door opener is arranged with at least one non-contact sensor member (1), preferably for detecting changes in a field strength of a magnetic or electromagnetic field in a Z and vertical direction, and may be arranged with a plurality of sensors to detect a collision etc. A method, system and computer program are also described.
Abstract:
A Controller is capable of executing non-safety-related control logic. A safety module is added to the Controller in order to increase the safety-integrity level of a Control System. The Controller is then able to execute safety-related control of real-world objects. Such a Control System may, for instance, exist at an offshore production platform or in a hazardous area of a chemical plant
