PURPOSE: A biomarker for diagnosing the content of pork marbling is provided to determine the content of pork marbling. CONSTITUTION: An SNP biomarker for determining the content of pork marbling contains one among sequences of sequence numbers 1-30. A method for selecting the SNP biomarker comprises: a step of determining SNPs relating to pork marbling content; a step of testing correlation with QTL(quantitative trait loci); and a step of analyzing the characteristic with QTL. A breeding pig is selected using the SNP biomarker. A kit for determining breeding pigs contains the SNP biomarker.

CONSTITUTION: An SNP biomarker for determining the content of pork belly contains one or more of sequence numbers 1-10, containing quantitative trait loci(QTL) of pig chromosome No. 6. A method for selecting a biomarker comprises: a step of determining SNPs relating to pig meat quality; a step of detecting correlation with QTL; and a step of analyzing characteristic of pork belly content based on the result. PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus formulation containing Lactobacillus with an immunity enhancement activity is provided to induce cytokine production and to enhance IgA and IgM antibodies. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus with an immunity enhancement activity is Lactobacillus plantarum M 10(KACC91481P) and Bacillus subtilis N49(KACC91482P). A Lactobacillus formulation contains the Lactobacillus plantarum M 10(KACC91481P) and Bacillus subtilis N49(KACC91482P). The Lactobacillus plantarum M 10(KACC91481P) and Bacillus subtilis N49(KACC91482P) are isolated from pig feces.

본 발명은 한우 근육조직 부위별 특이 단백질 및 단백체의 특이적 조성을 구명하여 프로테옴 분석을 통해 근육의 부위를 판별할 수 있는 바이오 마커 단백질로서, 특히 한우 양지 판별용 바이오 마커 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 한우 등심, 양지 및 홍두깨 근육조직에 대해 프로테옴 분석을 통해 부위판별이 가능하다. 더 나아가 본 발명에 의하면, 한우 등심, 양지 및 홍두깨 조직의 프로테옴 특성을 통한 축적조절기술 및 신약개발에 기초자료 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명은 반추동물에 공급되는 L-카르니틴 함유 사료첨가제에 있어서, L-카르니틴을 에틸셀룰로오즈와 아미노알킬메트아크릴레이트 중합체로 이중피복한 펠렛제제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 반추위 동물급여용 사료첨가제를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 L-카르니틴을 에틸셀룰로오즈와 아미노알킬메트아크릴레이트 중합체로 이중피복하여 얻어지는 반추위 동물 급여용 사료첨가제를 반추동물에 급여함으로써 육용 또는 우유용 반추동물 및 그 생산물에서 L-카르니틴의 함량을 증진시키는 방법을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: Provided are an unsaturated fatty acid feed additive for the ruminant, a manufacturing method thereof and a method for high quality and functional beef meat which contains increased unsaturated fatty acid and functional fatty acid, as well as marbling by using the same. CONSTITUTION: An unsaturated fatty acid additive for the ruminant is characterized by containing 80% or more of unsaturated fatty acid. A feed composition for the ruminant contains 62.5-63.5 wt.% of the additive based on the total weight of the composition, and it is mixed with a general feed and fed to a ruminant to produce high quality and functional beef meat.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing an animal feed containing vitamin C, niacin, magnesium oxide, glucose, binder and rumen protecting fat is provided. Therefore, parenteral administration of the feed to an animal and then slaughtering of the animal improve the color and shelf stability of fresh meat. CONSTITUTION: The animal feed is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 6 to 10% by weight of vitamin C, 3 to 7% by weight of niacin, magnesium oxide, 12 to 20% by weight of magnesium oxide, 30 to 38% by weight of glucose and 2 to 5% by weight of a binder; formulating the mixture with water into a granule; drying the granule at 50 to 70deg.C for 5 to 7 minutes; and coating it with 30 to 37% by weight of rumen protecting fat.

본 발명은 유기태 인인 피테이트(myo-inositol hexakisphosphate)를 분해시키는 피타제(phytase)를 대량으로 확보하는 수단을 제공하는 것이 목적이며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 유전자내에 Eco RI, Bam HI, Pst I, Hing Ⅲ, Acc I, Sal I의 6가지 제한효소의 인식부위를 가진 엔테로박터 sp. 4(Enterobacter sp. 4)의 피타제 유전자, 이를 pUC19에 결합시킨 발현 벡터 pBP01 플라스미드, 및 이를 함유한 형질 전환체를 제공한다.
