    Abstract: A method of producing feed for increasing the content of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) in Korean native(Hanwu) beef using linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is provided to increase the content of CLA in Korean native beef without reducing intramuscular fat of castrated Korean native cattle(Bos taurus coreanae). Feed for increasing the content of CLA in Korean native beef contains 4% by weight of linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil. To produce the titled feed, linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is heat-treated at 120 to 150deg.C for 0.2 to 0.4sec and added with 1% by weight soybean oil. The feed is useful for a castrated cow which is at the final stage of fattening.

    Abstract: 본 발명은 출하 비육우의 육색저하 방지용 보조사료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비타민 C와 B군, 산화마그네슘, 피콜린산크롬 및 결착제를 혼합하고, 가수시켜 환을 제조한 후, 상온에서 통풍 건조시킨 다음, 액화시킨 반추위보호지방으로 코팅 처리하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
    상기 본 발명에 따르면, 비육우의 출하 시 스트레스에 의한 육색저하를 방지하기 위해 비타민과 광물질 등을 조합하여 보조사료를 구성함으로써, 급여 시 항스트레스 효과에 따른 육색의 개선과 수송감량을 저하시키는 효과가 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for preparing an animal feed containing vitamin C, niacin, magnesium oxide, glucose, binder and rumen protecting fat is provided. Therefore, parenteral administration of the feed to an animal and then slaughtering of the animal improve the color and shelf stability of fresh meat.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of producing a supplementary feed by mixing vitamin C and B, magnesium oxide, chromium picolinate and a binding agent, forming into a pill and then coating the pill with rumen-protected fat is provided. The produced supplementary feed has anti-stress effect and is thus effective in improving meat color. CONSTITUTION: A mixture is hydrated and formed into a pill with a diameter of 2 to 3mm. The pill is dried for 5 to 7hr at room temperature and coated with 10 to 30% by weight of rumen-protected fat obtained by liquefying at 50 to 100deg.C. The mixture comprises 5 to 10% by weight of vitamin C, 0.5 to 1% by weight of vitamin B1, 0.25 to 1% by weight of vitamin B2, 0.15 to 0.5% by weight of vitamin B6, 0.01 to 0.05% by weight of vitamin B12, 5 to 10% by weight of niacin, 0.25 to 1% by weight of pantothenic acid, 0.05 to 0.1% by weight of folacin, 0.5 to 1% by weight of choline, 0.05 to 0.1% by weight of biotin, 12.5 to 20% by weight of magnesium oxide, 0.75 to 1.5% by weight of chromium picolinate, 30 to 60% by weight of glucose and 10 to 20% by weight of a binding agent.
