본 발명은 반추동물에 공급되는 L-카르니틴 함유 사료첨가제에 있어서, L-카르니틴을 에틸셀룰로오즈와 아미노알킬메트아크릴레이트 중합체로 이중피복한 펠렛제제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 반추위 동물급여용 사료첨가제를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 L-카르니틴을 에틸셀룰로오즈와 아미노알킬메트아크릴레이트 중합체로 이중피복하여 얻어지는 반추위 동물 급여용 사료첨가제를 반추동물에 급여함으로써 육용 또는 우유용 반추동물 및 그 생산물에서 L-카르니틴의 함량을 증진시키는 방법을 제공한다. 반추위, 카르니틴, 바이패스
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An intramuscular fat promotor for improving intramuscular fat in live cattle permitting minimization of the accumulation of subcutaneous fat while improving the content of intramuscular fat is provided. When 5% daily feed containing 5% by weight of coated glucose is fed to a sheep for 3 months, the amount of weight gain and feed efficiency per day exhibit higher than non-addition thereof and the thickness of back fat as subcutaneous fat is also reduced in meat obtained on slaughter. CONSTITUTION: Glucose is coated with an aminoalkyl methacrylate polymer in the first stage, followed by ethyl cellulose in the second stage to produce an intramuscular fat improving agent for ruminant animal. For an example, glucose is kneaded with Proviton(K-90) as a binder, water and ethanol to produce a glucose granule with a diameter of 1mm. Then the glucose granule is coated with a mixture of 50g ethyl cellulose, 10g magnesium stearate and aminoalkyl methacrylate(Eudragit E100).

본 발명은 유기태 인인 피테니트(myo-inositol hexakisphosphate)를 분해 시키는 피타제(phytase)를 대량으로 확보하는 수단을 제공하는 것이 목적이며, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 유전자내에 Eco RI, Bam HI, Pst I, Hing Ⅲ, Acc I, Sal I의 6가지 제한효소의 인식부위를 가진 엔테로박터 sp. 4(Enterobacter sp. 4)의 피타제 유전자, 이를 pUC19에 결합시킨 발현벡터 pBP01 플라스미드, 및 이를 함유한 형질 전환체를 제공한다.
Abstract:
A method of producing feed for increasing the content of conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) in Korean native(Hanwu) beef using linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is provided to increase the content of CLA in Korean native beef without reducing intramuscular fat of castrated Korean native cattle(Bos taurus coreanae). Feed for increasing the content of CLA in Korean native beef contains 4% by weight of linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil. To produce the titled feed, linseed oil or a mixture of linseed oil and soybean oil is heat-treated at 120 to 150deg.C for 0.2 to 0.4sec and added with 1% by weight soybean oil. The feed is useful for a castrated cow which is at the final stage of fattening.

And transformant Pichia pastoris pGAP-phyA is also provided, which can secret myo-inositol hexaphosphate phosphohydrolase continuously, and is useful as a feed additive. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector pGAP-phyA including phytase gene coding myo-inositol hexaphosphate phosphohydrolase is prepared by the steps of: (a) separating myo-inositol hexaphosphate phosphohydrolase chromosome derived from Enterobactor sp.4; (b) cloning and sequencing the base sequence of the gene coding myo-inositol hexaphosphate phosphohydrolase originated from gram-positive bacteria, Enterobactor sp.4; (c) constructing an expression vector including a gene fragment for coding myo-inositol hexaphosphate phosphohydrolase; (d) transforming Pichia pastoris GS 115 yeast strain with the vector; and (e) selecting a transformant.
