Abstract:
PURPOSE: An active carbon fabrics is provided, which has excellent adsorption selectivity to little pollution source as well as recovery and removal of various heavy metal ion in liquid phase. CONSTITUTION: Acid or base solution is used as electrolytic solution, especially H3PO4 and K2CO3 is more preferable. Concentration of solution is 1-40wt.%. The carbon adsorbent is prepared by electro-chemical surface-treatment of active carbon fabrics with good adsorption property for 2-30 minutes with supplying 0.1-5.0 A current in acid or base solution.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A curing system by introducing a curing agent of a hexafluoroantimonate-containing cationic latent catalyst type which has such characteristics as to suppress the volume reduction of the epoxy resin or as to induce the volume expansion in the step of curing an epoxy resin into the system is provided, which gives a molded article excellent in dimensional stability and free from a residual thermal stress. CONSTITUTION: The curing system containing a hexafluoroantimonate-containing cationic latent catalyst type curing agent having a characteristic which does not generate volume reduction or causes volume expansion without adding special fillers or additives expansion in the process of curing epoxy resin shows high glass transition temperature and excellent mechanical physical properties as compared to conventional expansible curing systems and excellent dimensional stability to water and a solvent.

본 발명은 활성 탄소섬유를 산성 또는 알칼리성 전해액 중에서 흑연 양극과 흑연 음극판 사이에 놓고 상기 흑연 양극과 흑연 음극판 간에 특정 전압과 전류밀도로 전류를 인가함으로써 기상 및 액상 불순물 처리시 표면 산화물과의 흡착 성능을 높임과 동시에 흡착 성능 시간을 대폭 향상시킨 활성 탄소섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

따라서, 고온구조용 및 기능성 고분자의 단량체로 사용할 수 있는 신규물질인 N,N'-치환기-1,2,4,5-디이미도-벤젠 유도체와 그 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal emulsion improved the dispersion of a liquid crystal and stabilized the dispersed liquid crystal, a polymer liquid crystal composite film and preparation method thereof are provided which prepare the composite film without using a dispersing agent by modifying a water soluble polymer used as a matrix. CONSTITUTION: A liquid emulsion for a mantic curvilinear aligned phase comprises a water soluble copolymer manufactured by polymerizing a hydrophilic monomer and from 14 to 25% by weight of one or two or more of hydrophobic monomers, from 1 to 5.5% by weight of a surface active agent and a liquid crystal such as an azomethine compound or azo compound mantic liquid crystal. The polymeric matrix can be used in manufacturing a large liquid crystal display because of its excellent electro-optical property.

PURPOSE: A high functional polymer dispersion liquid crystal composite film improved the dispersion of a liquid crystal and stabilized the dispersed liquid crystal and preparation method thereof are provided which have a high contrast ratio, low driving voltage and hydrolysis. CONSTITUTION: A polymer dispersion liquid crystal composite film comprises a water soluble copolymer manufactured by polymerizing a hydrophilic monomer and from 14 to 25% by weight of one or two or more of hydrophobic monomers, from 1 to 5.5% by weight of a surface active agent and a liquid crystal. The liquid crystal is an azomethine compound or azo compound mantic liquid crystal and in an amount of from 50 to 70% by weight based on the water soluble polymer. The film is used for a color projector, a photoelectric bulb of an interior light control lamp and solar heat gains as well as widely applying to a control window, a large liquid crystal display, a light interruption apparatus.

PURPOSE: A potent curing agent of epoxy resin emitting heat and ultra violet ray, and epoxy resin composition and epoxy cured material containing the same are provided to give a good mechanical property, especially in case of epoxy resin composition of aliphatic epoxy(CAE) and/or bifunctional bisphenol-A type epoxy(DGEBA). CONSTITUTION: A curing agent is characterized in that the reaction thereof is performed only in which specific external energy such as heat or light is revealed thereon, except for the mixing state of the curing agents. N-benzylpyrazinium(BPH) containing hexafluoroantimonate(SbF6-) as the potent curing agent is synthesized by the use of benzylbromide and pyrazine as starting materials. An epoxy resin composition is characterized to be the mixture of CAE type epoxy resin, DGEBA type epoxy resin, or the mixture of the CAE resin and DGEBA resin in molar ratios between 60: 40 and 20: 80.
