Abstract: PURPOSE: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal is provided to vary the pedal effort properties of an accelerator pedal with a predetermined pedal effort property by the simple operation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal comprises a carrier housing(10), a carrier(20), and a holder(30). The carrier housing is integrally formed in a pedal arm housing(1) which faces the end of a pedal arm(2) in the rotational direction of the pedal arm. The carrier comprises a carrier hole(21) inside and moves along the carrier housing inside the carrier housing. The holder is inserted into the carrier hole for being fixed to the inside of the carrier housing. The holder restricts the movement of the carrier by being in touch with the carrier.

The driver's state sensing unit obtains the face direction and eye opening and closing images of a driver using an infrared LED and a camera in order to determine the careless driving of the driver. The pedal control unit controls the working pedal on the basis of a signal received from the vehicle state control unit. The vehicle state control unit determines the driving or stationary state of a vehicle on the basis of the surrounding signals of the vehicle for transmitting the signal to the pedal control unit. The working pedal is controlled by the signal of the pedal control unit. The vibration generator is installed in the working pedal and generates or releases the vibration of a motor. Abstract: PURPOSE: A door opened state alarming device and an alarming method thereof are provided to prevent the driving of a vehicle with an opened door and improve the recognition rate of a driver through a simple control logic without additional devices and designs for a door lock device.
