Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling water distributor of an engine is provided to automatically change the amount of cooling water which flows into a heating device and a cooling device of a vehicle and the engine and to optimize heating and cooling performance of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water distributor of an engine comprises a branch pipe(11), a rotary valve(12), and a driving device(115). The branch pipe has each space for a radiator coolant line(111), an oil warmer coolant line(112), and a heater core coolant line(113), and comprises a housing(11a) which accommodates a rotary valve. The rotary valve is tightly formed at the inner circumference of the housing to rotate and comprises a storage portion which temporarily stores the cooling water flowed from the engine. The driving device is mounted at the end of the rotary valve and is driven by a control unit according to driving conditions of the vehicle and the engine.

Abstract: 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엔진의 냉각수 제어 시스템은, 변속기로부터 오일을 공급받고 열교환을 한 후 다시 상기 변속기로 오일을 공급하는 열교환기, 및 엔진에서 공급된 냉각수를 가열하는 히터로부터 냉각수를 공급받고, 냉각수의 온도에 따라서 상기 열교환기로 냉각수를 선택적으로 공급하는 바이패스밸브유닛을 포함하고, 성가 바이패스밸브유닛은, 상기 히터로부터 냉각수를 공급받도록 배치된 유입파이프, 및 상기 유입파이프의 단부에서 분기되어 상기 열교환기 또는 상기 엔진으로 냉각수를 선택적으로 공급하는 제1공급파이프와 제2공급파이프를 포함한다.
따라서, 자체적으로 작동하는 열팽창유닛을 적용하여 그 냉각수의 유로를 변경함으로써 별도의 제어시스템이 필요 없고, 보다 안정적으로 냉각수의 흐름을 제어할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A valve for exchanging the heat of fluid is provided to minimize the number of components required for the valve by simplifying the mechanical structure of the valve. CONSTITUTION: A target fluid chamber(AC) includes a target fluid inlet and a target fluid outlet. A cooling fluid chamber(CC) is fixed at the pre-set relative position of the target fluid chamber. A valve unit(VU) is installed in the cooling fluid chamber and converts the blocking state of a low temperature cooling fluid inlet and a cooling fluid outlet into the blocking state of a high temperature cooling fluid inlet and the cooling fluid outlet.
