Abstract: 본발명은선박용엔진의회전속도제어기와그 제어방법에관한것으로, 육상용엔진(차량, 중장비등)을선박용엔진으로구조변경하는경우에, 토크제어방식의육상용엔진제어기를변경없이그대로사용하고, 본발명의엔진회전속도제어기에의하여구조변경된선박용엔진이속도제어기능을달성할수 있다. 엔진회전속도제어기의마이크로컨트롤러에서는엔진의목표회전속도와현재회전속도를비교-연산하고, 연산결과에따라회전속도제어값을출력한다. 이출력신호는엔진제어기(ECU)의가속신호입력부로입력되고, 엔진제어기에의하여회전속도가제어된다. 결과적으로엔진회전속도제어기는선박의조종자가속도조절레버를이용하여설정한엔진회전속도목표값과선박용엔진의회전속도가일치되도록반복적, 지속적으로제어동작을실행하며, 전체적으로는선박용엔진이속도제어기능을달성할수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for increasing the transformation efficiency when a transformed plant with foreign genes introduced by redifferentiating potato plants in vitro or by using agrobacteria is developed. The manufacturing method of transformed potato plants of the present invention uses pieces collected from the plant grown from a novel shoot emerged from a micro tuber of a potato or the plant subcultured twice or less in the process of performing transformation, co-cultivates agrobacteria including recombination carriers and plant tissue pieces, and uses glucose instead of sucrose, which has been used previously, as a carbon source in a shoot medium, thereby increasing the redifferentiation rate of potato plants and having the effect of transforming 10% or more of the redifferentiated plants even from the potato cultivars having a very low transformation efficiency.
