Abstract: The present invention relates to a lightened brake disc and, more specifically, a brake disc lightened while maintaining excellent brake performances by applying different kinds of materials and using an adhesive for a structure in contrast with an existing brake disc manufactured with only grey cast iron. The brake disc generates a braking force by coming into contact with a frictional material and includes a friction part in which a protrusion unit protruding from the inner circumference towards a connection hole in the center is formed; a first HAT part, which is arranged on one side of the friction part, in which a first concave unit including a curved shape to be attached to the protrusion unit is formed; and a second HAT part, which is arranged on the other side of the friction part, in which a second concave unit including the curved shape to be attached to the protrusion unit is formed.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk is provided to prevent the stress concentration of a joint part when braking by joining different kinds of brake disk elements through a nut. CONSTITUTION: The brake disk comprises a friction part(100), a hat part(300), and a fastening part(500). The friction part comprises a joint hole in the center, a ring-shaped joint flange, and a first screw line(142) on the outer circumference of the joint flange. The hat part is joined to the friction part and comprises a joint part(340) in touch with the joint flange and a first screw line connected to the first screw line. The fastening part is shaped into a ring to be joined to the outer circumference of the joint flange ad joint part by surrounding. The fastening part is equipped with a third screw line(542) for fastening the joint flange, and the first and second screw lines of the joint part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake disk is provided to combine different kinds of brake disk elements by utilizing a ring type strap and to provide a safe fastening structure capable of preventing stress concentration into a joint part at brake operation. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk comprises a friction part(100), a hat part(300), a ring shape strap part(500), a bush, and a bolt. The friction part comprises a coupling hole(120) in the center; a ring shape seating groove(140) along the circumference of the coupling hole; a plurality of first holes(142) along the seating groove; and a latching projection(144) among the first holes. The hat part comprises an insertion part(340) which is inserted into the seating groove of the friction part; a second hole(342) which connects to the first holes; and a latching groove corresponding to a latching projection. The strap part is inserted into the seating groove of the friction part and comprises a third hole(542) which connects the first holes and the second hole. The bush and the bolt are inserted into both sides of the first holes and the third hole and are coupled.
