    Abstract: A 3C or more of precursor is subjected to heterogeneously catalyzed gas phase partial oxidation with molecular oxygen in solid-state catalyst to obtain product gas mixture. The product gas mixture is reduced by direct cooling, passed into a condensation column, and crude acrylic acid is conducted, and acid water is disposed. A residual gas mixture is recycled, and crude acrylic acid is subjected to thermal separation process. The crude acrylic acid comprising water and secondary components, is conducted as the target product from the condensation column through a side draw (A1) disposed above the feed point of the product gas mixture into the condensation column, and acid water comprising acrylic acid and secondary components is disposed above the side draw (A1) through a liquid phase draw (A2). A residual gas mixture comprising secondary components having lower boiling points than water at the top of the condensation column and a bottoms liquid comprising acrylic acid and conversion products, and secondary components having higher boiling points than acrylic acid from the bottom space of the condensation column, is recycled after cooling with reflux liquid, into the condensation column, and the crude acrylic acid is subjected to thermal separation process and purified. The acrylic acid in a portion of acid water not recycled into the condensation column is taken up from the acid water into an organic solvent by extraction with the organic solvent to form an organic extract comprising acrylic acid. The acrylic acid is removed from the organic extract using thermal separation process, and the acrylic acid removed from the extract is recycled into the condensation column into the aqueous solution of a metal hydroxide.
