Abstract:
본 발명의 목적은 압출성형 및 효소처리에 의한 고품질의 천연조미료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 동결건조한 새우, 멸치, 다시마, 표고, 마늘, 콩나물, 무우, 양파, 생강, 명태, 가다랑어, 홍합, 오징어, 참깨, 부추, 고추 및 함초를 혼합하여 새우 천연 조미료용 조성물을 제조하는 단계와 동결건조한 멸치, 새우, 다시마, 표고, 마늘, 콩나물, 무우, 양파, 생강, 명태, 가다랑어, 홍합, 오징어, 참깨, 부추, 고추 및 함초를 혼합하여 멸치 천연 조미료용 조성물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 조성물을 가수하여 1차 압출성형처리하는 단계, 이를 효소액으로 발효 숙성하는 단계, 상기 발효 숙성한 조성물을 2차 압출성형처리하는 단계, 이를 55℃ 열풍건조기에서 수분 함량이 5%이하 까지 건조하는 단계 및 초미분쇄기를 사용하여 200~250메쉬 크기로 분쇄한 것을 사이클론으로 포집한 것을 특징으로 하는 자연 새우다시의 제조방법과 자연 멸치다시의 제조방법 및 이의 제조방법으로 제조된 새우 천연조미료와 멸치 천연조미료를 제공하여 천연의 해양생물 및 농산물이 지니고 있는 저용해성, 저소화성 및 저기호성을 향상시키고, 천연 원료 고유의 영양가 및 기능성을 유지하면서, 진한 맛과 향을 지니고 있으며, 물에 대한 용해성이 우수하고, 화학조미료와 달리 방부제 및 인공색소가 전혀 포함되어 있지 않아 인체에 무해하며, 화학조미료 남용에 따른 편식으로 부족해 질 수 있는 영양소를 보충하고, 장기간 보관이 가능한 뛰어난 효과가 있으므로 식품가공산업상 매우 우수한 발명인 것이다. 압출성형, 효소처리, 새우다시, 멸치다시, 천연조미료

An Eisenia bicyclis enzyme extract for treating hyperlipidemia and diabetes is provided to have the effects of metabolism improvement and diabetes treatment. A method for producing an Eisenia bicyclis enzyme extract for treating hyperlipidemia or diabetes comprises: a step of heating an Eisenia bicyclis with hot water and pulverizing to prepare Eisenia bicyclis powder; a step of adding 10-30 weight% of water, performing extrusion under 80°C and pulverizing with 10-20 mesh; a step of suspending with water, adding viscozyme L enzyme and hydrolyzing at 48-52°C for 11-13 hours; and a step of adding hot water, filtering, concentrating, and freeze-drying.

An Ecklonia stolonifera extract is provided to have aldose reductase and activity of inhibiting production of advanced glycation end product and diabetic complication and to be safe without toxicity and side effect. An Ecklonia stolonifera extract has aldose reductase and activation of inhibiting production of advanced glycation end product. The Ecklonia stolonifera extract is an Ecklonia stolonifera crude extract by extracting the Ecklonia stolonifera with lower alcohol of C1~C4. The Ecklonia stolonifera crude extract is Ecklonia stolonifera methanol extract.
Abstract:
A method for determining the validity of a USIM card and a portable terminal using the same are provided to determine the validity of the USIM card mounted in the portable terminal through the execution of contents offered from an external contents providing server. A contents executing unit(102) automatically executes contents for determining the validity of a mounted USIM card. A validation determining unit(104) determines the validity of the mounted USIM card based on unique numbers of the USIM card and validity data included in the contents. A function managing unit(105) stops functions of the portable terminal based on the determined result.
Abstract:
A method for preparing clear salt, and the clear salt prepared by the method are provided to improve the quality of salt by remove brine and the impurities contained in salt. A method for preparing clear salt comprises the steps of installing a networked plastic support at the bottom of a storehouse so as to allow brine to be eluted easily and loading salt so as to allow elute brine in the storehouse at a humidity of 95 % and at a temperature of 30 deg.C for 2-3 weeks; putting the obtained salt in an iron pot and roasting it at 350 deg.C for 30-40 min; dissolving the roasted salt in tap water in a concentration of 25 % (w/v) and separating the precipitated impurities from the salt solution; and putting the obtained salt in a wide container made of glass or stainless steel by a thickness of 3.5 cm and crystallizing it at a temperature of 10-20 deg.C.
