Abstract: An automatic brake device for a walking support machine is provided to allow a brake to be automatically engaged at high or low speed according to the state of a patient so as to prevent the accident which is caused because of an acceleration on a downhill path, or because of a backward rolling on an uphill path, and so secure the safety of a user. A walking support machine includes: a control handle; a body(2); a front wheel; and a rear wheel(4). An automatic brake device for the walking support machine comprises: a fixing disk(10), attached to the both lower sides of the body(2) and supporting the rear wheel(4) so as to rotate the latter(4); a high-speed gear(20) and a low-speed gear(30), both of which are concentrically mounted inside the rear wheel(4); a brake drum(40), mounted on the periphery of the fixing disk(10) in a rotatable manner; a first gear(50), axially installed in the center of the brake drum(40); a second gear(60), having a one-way clutch(C) which is axially installed in one side of the brake drum(40) so as to prevent a backward rolling of the walking support machine, and engaged with the first gear(50); a control knob(70), mounted inside the fixing disk(10) in a rotatable manner, and selectively engaging the first and second gears(50,60) with the high- and low-speed gears(20,30); and a pair of brake pads, built in the brake drum(40) so as to be tensioned by a spring, and rotated together with the first gear(50).

Abstract: A device for stimulating an erogenous zone of a human body includes a housing, a driver disposed inside the housing, and a pressure field generator disposed at least partially inside the housing. The pressure field generator includes a continuous cavity having a movable end and a stimulating end opposite thereto, the continuous cavity defined by a tube wall connecting the movable end and the stimulating end portion. At least a portion of the tube wall is an axial-length-variable tubular structure. A pusher is configured to close the movable end and to drive the movable end in a reciprocating manner using a force of the driver. The stimulating end portion has an opening of the continuous cavity configured to engage with an erogenous zone of a human body. A guide assembly is configured to limit lateral motion of the movable end portion.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for capturing sensor data collected by a personal massaging device with associated sensors, analyzing the data, determining biofeedback data based on the sensor data, and according to some embodiments generating a sexual response profile based on the biofeedback data and a model of human sexual response. Data may be collected and analyzed for a number of uses, including but not limited to: (1) studying human sexual response, (2) adjusting outputs of the personal massaging device based on preset conditions, (3) treating sexual dysfunction conditions, and (4) improving sexual experiences.
