Abstract:
PURPOSE: An interlock device for a triple interlock door is provided to perform wind breaking and soundproof by preventing the inflow of wind through the upper portion of each door and prevent noise generated during the moving of a door. CONSTITUTION: An interlock device for a triple interlock door comprises an upper rail(10), a slider(20), a belt(37), a first interlock(40), and a second interlock. The upper rail is fixed on the upper portion of a door frame. The slider comprises a through hole to fix and couple a mid-door(D1) and is fit in the primary guide(12) of the upper rail to be moved along a first guide portion. The belt is installed between a pair of pulleys to be rotated. The first interlock relatively moves the mid-door and a front door(D2) following the moving of the belt. The second interlock relatively moves the mid-door and a rear door(D3) following the moving of the belt.
Abstract:
An operating assembly for use with a door is disclosed. The operating assembly has a motor (68) housed in an enclosure (8) that is positioned in a floor cavity. The motor rotates a drive spindle (18). An actuator assembly is attached to the floor. An actuator track (86) is attached to the enclosure and has a slot configured to receive at least a portion of the drive spindle. A first converter (88) is positioned at one end of the actuator track and is coupled to the drive spindle. A second converter is positioned at the other end of the actuator track. A drive element attached to a bottom surface of the door is positioned in the track. A transfer device (90) couples the first and second converters to the drive element. During operation, the motor rotates the drive spindle and the first converter to move the transfer device to move the drive element and the door.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device to be installed at a vehicle for performing an operation of opening and closing a panel door, comprising a slide base installed on the fixed base slidably in a vehicle width direction; and a door drive mechanism that has a drive wheel member to which a driving force is input, at least one follower wheel member provided in association with the drive wheel member, and an endless member that is looped around the drive wheel member and the follower wheel member so as to circle therearound, the door drive mechanism being installed on the slide base in the range from the front end portion of the entrance of the vehicle to the rear end portion of the entrance of the vehicle as viewed in the direction of the vehicle width so that the door drive mechanism slides with the slide base in the vehicle width direction.
Abstract:
Provided is a small plug door device capable of performing an opening/closing operation and a plugging operation with a door drive mechanism for causing a force in a vehicle front-rear direction to act on a door, and further applicable also to a one-panel sliding door. A slide base 12 is installed slidably in a vehicle width direction relative to a fixed base 11. A door drive mechanism 13 for moving one door 104 in a vehicle front-rear direction via a connecting portion 19 has a drive portion 13a including an electric motor 21, a drive wheel member 13b, a follower wheel member 13c, and an endless member 13d, and is installed on the slide base 12. A guide portion 15 guides a shaft portion 14 provided on the connecting portion 19 so as to move the shaft portion 14 in a vehicle width direction. In a double-speed rail 16 in which a pinion 16c is disposed between two racks (16a, 16b), one rack 16b is connected to the slide base 12, the other rack 16a is connected to the door 104 side, and the pinion 16c is connected to the connecting portion 19.

Abstract:
A guide rail assembly for moving a closure panel of a motor vehicle between an open position and a closed position includes a guide rail fixedly secured to the motor vehicle. A slide mechanism slidably engages the guide rail. A rod has one end coupled to the slide mechanism and an opposing end coupled to the closure panel to move the closure panel as the slide mechanism slides along the guide rail. A drive is fixedly secured to the guide rail for selectively driving the slide mechanism along the guide rail. A clasp is operatively secured to the slide mechanism for selectively coupling the drive to the slide mechanism such that the drive moves the slide mechanism along the guide rail to move the closure panel between the open and closed positions when the slide mechanism is coupled with the drive.
Abstract:
A device for driving a door or the like guided in at least two guides has a driving unit (1) arranged in a section designed as a guiding rail (2). The driving unit (1) consists of a driving pinion (4) linked to a driving motor, at least one deflecting pinion (5), one chain that runs over driving pinion (4) and deflecting pinion (5) and at least one element secured to the chain for entraining a door leaf or the like. A device with an easy-to-mount, simple design is achieved in that the driving pinion (4), the deflecting pinion (5) and the chain are designed together with the guiding rail (2) as a completely pre-assembled unit (1).
