    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a polyolefin blown hollow molded material having permanent antistatic properties and excellent surface properties of the molded material by mixing a specific amount of specific polyether ester amide. CONSTITUTION:(A) 60-99wt.%, preferably 60-98wt.% polyolefin (e.g. polyethylene or polypropylene) is mixed with (B) 40-1wt.%, preferably 40-2wt.% polyether ester amide obtained by copolymerization of B1: >=6C aminocarboxylic acid or lactam, or salt of >=6C diamine and dicarboxylic acid (e.g. caprolactam or 12-aminododecanoic acid), B2: poly(alkylene oxide) glycol having 200-6000 number-average molecular weight (e.g. polyethylene glycol) and B3: 4-20C dicarboxylic acid (e.g. terephthalic acid) so as to contain 10-90wt.% polyether ester unit.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare the title resin compsn. giving a molded article with an excellent surface gloss and suitable as a molding material for an electrical part by mixing a resin compsn. comprising two specific graft copolymers with a specified amt. of a liq. polyorganosiloxane. CONSTITUTION:In the presence of a butadiene polymer latex having a mean polymer particle diameter of 0.12-0.2mum and such a distribution of polymer particle diameters that at least 80% of the particles satisfy the relation of the formula, a monomer mixture M comprising an arom. vinyl and(or) an alkyl ester of an unsatd. carboxylic acid and vinyl cyanide is copolymerized to give a graft copolymer A. Separately, in the presence of a butadiene polymer latex having a mean polymer particle diameter of 0.24-0.38mum, the monomer mixture M is polymerized to give a graft copolymer B. The graft copolymers A and B are mixed to give a resin compsn. in such a way that the butadiene polymer content derived from the graft polymer B is 1.5-5wt.% based on the compsn. and is 30wt.% or lower based on the butadiene polymer content due to the graft polymer A, and total butadiene polymer content in the compsn. is 10-30wt.%. 100 pts.wt. said compsn. is mixed with 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. liq. polyorganosiloxane, thus giving the title compsn.

CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by adding 0.01-10 pts.wt. compound having at least two epoxy or isocyanato groups to 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising 1-40wt.% polyamide elastomer (A) [e.g. a block or graft copolymer of a polyamide-forming component and a poly(alkylene oxide] glycol, 1-98wt.% graft (co)polymer (B) prepared by (co)polymerizing 1-80 pts.wt. rubbery polymer with 99-20 pts.wt. monomer mixture comprising 100-40wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer and/or a (meth)acrylic monomer, 0-60wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer and 0-60wt.% copolymerizable vinyl monomers 0-98wt.% modified vinyl polymer (C) having a functional group selected from among a carboxyl, an amino, an epoxy, etc., and 0-97wt.% SAN polymer (D).

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a composition having excellent impact resistance, moldability, chemical resistance and surface appearance by compounding a specific modified vinyl polymer in combination with an ABS resin and an aromatic polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by compounding (A) 1-98 pts.wt. of an ABS resin, (B) 1-98 pts.wt. of an aromatic polyester resin and (C) 1-70 pts.wt. (the sum of A, B and C is 100 pts. wt.) of a modified vinyl polymer produced by the copolymerization of (i) 50-90wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound, (ii) 9-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and (iii) 0.1-20wt.% of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid satisfying the formula X/(X+Y)X100=5-100% wherein X and Y are wt.% of the alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid metal salt and an alpha, beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid in the copolymer, respectively. The component A is preferably a resin containing polybutadiene and/or styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the title molded product into one which is of high crystallizability and superior in rigidity, tenacity and heat resistance, by a method wherein reaction injection molding of lactam is performed by specifying also a kind and quantity of a catalyst and activator. CONSTITUTION:Reaction injection molding of substantially anhydrous epsilon- caprolactam is performed in the presence of at least a kind of 0.1-3 mol% of catalyst selected out of an alkali metal, an alkali earth metal, a hydride, hydroxide and oxide of the said metal, carbonate, an alkoxy compound, an alkyl compound, an allyl compound, a Grignard reagent, an aluminum compound and salts of those metals and lactam and at least a kind of 0.01-2 mol% of activator selected out of acyl lactam and a compound which is capable of becoming acyl lactam by reacting with the lactam. Then specific gravity, crystallinity, a mean diameter of a spherulite and etar of poly-epsilon-caprolactam manufactured are made 1.142-1.165, 35-50%, 25mu or larger and 3 or larger respectively.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition improved in flow properties and deterioration proofness in the molding process and low-temperature impact resistance after the heat treatment, by incorporating an aromatic amine compound and copper compound in a blend of polyamide and modified polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of a blend comprising (A) 95-50wt.% of an aliphatic polyamide with a relative viscosity 2-5 produced by melt polymerization and copolyamide or polyamide blend consisting mainly of said aliphatic polyamide and (B) 5-50wt.% of a modified polyolefin having carboxylic acid, its metal salt, carboxylic ester, acid anhydride or epoxy group (e.g., ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer) with (C) 0.005-3 (pref. 0.01-1)pts.wt. of an aromatic amine (e.g., N,N'-di-beta-naphthyl-p-phenylenediamine) and (D) 0.005-1 (pref. 0.01-0.5)pt.wt. of a copper compound.
