    Abstract: A feed composition for cultivation of parrot fish(Oplegnathus fasciatus) containing fish powder, soybean meal and corn gluten meal as a protein source is provided. The composition has high nutritional values and reduces the production cost of feed. The feed composition contains 20 to 52% by weight of fish powder, 10 to 25% by weight of soybean meal, 3 to 8% by weight of corn gluten meal, 10 to 20% by weight of wheat flour, 3 to 10% by weight of alpha-potato starch, 3 to 17% by weight of cuttlefish liver oil, 0.5 to 5% by weight of mineral mixtures and 0.5 to 3% by weight of vitamin mixtures. It can additionally contain at least one selected from krill shrimp powder, cuttlefish liver powder and concentrated soybean protein. The mineral mixtures contain at least one selected from the group consisting of NaCl, MgSO4.7H2O, NaH2PO2.2H2O, KH2PO4, CaH4(PO4)2.H2O, ferric citrate, ZnSO4.7H2O, calcium lactate, CuCl, AlCl3.6H2O, KlO3, Na2Se2O3, MnSO4.H2O and CoCl2.H2O.
