The wireless galvanic isolator device is formed by a transmitter circuit (31), a receiver circuit (32), and a wireless coupling structure, arranged between the transmitter circuit and the receiver circuit (32). The wireless coupling structure is formed by a pair of antennas (33a, 33b) each arranged on an own die (25, 26) and integrated together with the respective transmitter and receiver circuit (31, 32). The two dice can be arranged adjacent to each other in a planar configuration or arranged on top of each other and bonded together.

A synchronization system comprising a memory (12) and a control circuit (20). The control circuit (20) comprises: - a write interface for writing data in said memory (12) with a first clock signal, wherein the write interface is configured for operating with a write pointer in response to a write command, - a read interface for reading data from said memory (12) with a second clock signal, wherein the read interface is configured for operating with a read pointer in response to a read command, and - a synchronization circuit for synchronizing said write pointer and said read pointer with a synchronization latency. An elaboration circuit (30) is also provided for elaborating data in memory (12) with an elaboration latency, wherein the elaboration latency is smaller than the synchronization latency.

A method for making an on-chip interconnect for conveying between a set of initiators (10) and a set of targets (20) a traffic organized in a number of classes of service (ABC, SRT, HRT, LC) envisages: - associating to the traffic, starting from the aforesaid initiators (10) respective priority values representing the classes of service; - propagating the priority values towards the points (21, 22) of the network, where an arbitration is performed between two classes of service of the aforesaid traffic (ABC, SRT, HRT, LC); and - providing in said points the arbitration as a function of the aforesaid priority values.
