    Abstract: A device and a method for spectroscopic measurement of the spectrum of a light beam. The method includes detecting the dispersed light fluxes of the beam on an imaging device comprising a matrix of photodetectors with active columns, directing the imaging device so that one wavelength is allocated to a line of photodetectors, determining for each light flux the exposure time tau i necessary to measure a maximal intensity I max and the sub-matrix M i of photodetectors associated with the light fluxes, allocating to the sub-matrix M i of photodetectors an exposure time tau' i so that tau' i is the largest integer divider of the total integration time T smaller than tau i , measuring and resetting, during the integration time T of said spectrum, at each time tau' i , the corresponding sub-matrix M i independently of the other sub-matrices M j with j<>i, and measuring the spectrum of the beam at the time T.

    Abstract: FIELD: instrumentation used for interferometry, Fourier spectroscopy and holography. SUBSTANCE: according to manner measured luminous fluxes are directed in parallel one another, are mixed and dependence of average intensity on reciprocal time shift of luminous fluxes is recorded by photodetector. Novelty of approach is that luminous fluxes are directed in opposition and intensity ( N>1 ) is measured by intensity- sensitive photoelectric layers which are arranged perpendicular to luminous fluxes. Each i-th photoelectric layer is positioned at different distance from sources of first and second luminous fluxes. Signals containing readings of correlation function of measured luminous fluxes B(taui), are picked off N photoelectric layers. EFFECT: simultaneous reception of signals containing readings of correlation function of opposite luminous fluxes without any mechanical scanning of difference of ray paths of these luminous fluxes. 5 cl, 4 dwg

    Abstract: In the procedure, the light beams are incident parallel to the transparent medium and are deflected toward a focal point inside the transparent medium. This avoids the use of refractive lens systems. The focusing lens system according to the invention enables the bundling of light beams of different wavelength to a point inside the sample.This clearly simplifies the design and adjustment of a multicolor fluorescence correlation spectroscopy device.
