Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable execution of spraying at a spray angle or a degree of spraying adapted exactly to conditions of operation at each time, by setting the diameter on the exit side of a nozzle outlet hole to be the same as that of a supply hole even at the maximum and by setting the length of the nozzle outlet hole to be a specified multiple of the diameter on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole. SOLUTION: In a pressure spraying nozzle of a type wherein a nozzle body 30 has a mixing chamber 39 connected to an external chamber through a nozzle outlet hole 33 and a first supply passage 42 supplying a liquid 37 to be sprayed to the mixing chamber 39 without a whirling flow and under a pressure and wherein at least one other supply passage 36 is opened in the mixing chamber 39 for a part of the liquid 37 to be sprayed or a second liquid 37' to be sprayed and the liquids 37 and 37' can be supplied, with the whirling flow, through this supply passage 36, while a supply hole 41 of the first supply passage 42 is positioned on the same axis as the nozzle outlet hole 33, the diameter on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole 33 is the same as the diameter d2 of a supply hole of the first supply passage even at the maximum and the length of the nozzle outlet hole 33 is at least 2-10 times larger, at the maximum, than the diameter da on the exit side of the nozzle outlet hole.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heat transfer coefficient markedly by extending a rib obliquely from a web toward a rear fringe to direct a specific inner wall toward the outside in the radial direction. SOLUTION: A duct 3 is partitioned by a rear fringe 5, inner walls on a back side 6 and a belly side 7, and a web 9 which connects the belly side 7 with the back side 6. Many ribs 8 extended at least substantially in parallel and obliquely are provided on the inner walls on the back side 6 and the belly side 7. They are arranged alternately over a height of a blade. The rib 8 on the back side 6 is deviated from the rib 8 on the belly side 7 mutually by a half pitch over the height of the blade. The rib 8 is extended from the web 9 toward the rear fringe 5 by forming an angle of about 45 degrees to the outside in the radial direction. A ratio of a height h of the rib to a local height H of the duct 3 increases from the rear fringe 5 toward the web 9. Consequently, it is possible to provide cross sections provided with at least substantially equal shut-off faces from the rear fringe 5 to the web 9 to achieve the uniform distribution of a stream on each plane in the radial direction.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for vitrifying heavy metal containing dust collecting ash of high chlorine content generated by flue gas purification in which the quantity of an alkali containing additive is reduced and also the feeding quantity of dust collecting ash can be increased. SOLUTION: In a method of vitrifying heavy metal containing dust collecting ash 18 of >10 wt.% chlorine content which is melted in a melting furnace 1 and particularly which is generated by flue gas purification, the components of the dust collecting ash 18 which cannot be melted into a molten material 4 are separated into two defined parts 22, 23 and the first defined part 22 contains easily volatile components and the second defined part 23 contains salts hardly volatile components. The first defined part 22 is evaporated and is taken out together with a waste gas 14 and is recovered as a condensate 28 and the second defined part 23 is separated and carried out as a liquid salt from the surface of the molten material 4.

SOLUTION: In the power semiconductor module 1, a foam layer is formed on a lower side of a housing cover 3 within a housing 2. The foam 9 not only can mechanically support an injected material 10 to prevent separation of the material 10 but also can absorb a large pressure increase caused by a compression in short-circuiting. Thereby a compensation volume can be created without destroying the housing 2. The housing 2 can keep its closed state without exploding the material into the environment.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit a prescribed quantity of arc-extinguishing gas above a threshold value of energy emitted from an arc by providing a cell tissue, and filling a material having an arc-extinguishing characteristic in a great part of a cell, or containing an arc-extinguishing gas generating material. SOLUTION: In an arc-extinguishing chamber composed of electric current terminals 1 and 2, contact pieces 3 and 4, a heating chamber 7, an insulator 8, an insulating substance nozzle 9 or the like, the nozzle 9 and a lining 15 of the insulator 8 and the chamber 7 if circumstances require, are formed of a raw material of a cellular tissue to emit arc-extinguishing gas. The raw material having an arc extinguishing characteristic is filled in a great part of a cell, or a material to generate arc-extinguishing gas at arc action time is contained. In this case, the raw material arranged in the cell absorbs arc radioactive rays by, for example, inserted pigment. This raw material generally formed as liquid evaporates or decomposes, and increases pressure in the radiated cell, and a cell wall is disrupted by increasing pressure and a temperature above a threshold value decided by intensity of the radioactive rays, and emit a raw material as arc-extinguishing gas.

The protective lining 11 is formed, so that a degradation product generated at an insulation gas when operating the device enters the protection lining 11, the protective lining 11 has at least one constituent consisting of a material which is formed into nano-organization, and the constituent reacts with the entering degradation product, while generating a non-hygroscopic conversion product of at least one solid. After that, a substitution product generated by substitution remains in the protective lining 11.
