PURPOSE: A composition containing Dipsacus extract for preventing plant diseases is provided to prevent environmental pollution and to prevent plant fungal diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing plant diseases containing hederagenin saponin compound of chemical formula 1 or 2, or plant extract as an active ingredient. The plant extract isolated from Dipsacus plant. The plant extract is isolated using low alcohol of 1-7 carbon atoms, solution thereof, hexane, acetone, ethylacetate, methylene chloride, or mixture thereof. The hederagenin saponin compound of chemical formula 1 or 2 is contained in 30-1,000 ug/ml.

PURPOSE: A Bacillus velezensis S3-5 and a composition for preventing plant diseases containing the same are provided to ensure excellent prevention effect and to promote crop growth. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus velezensis S3-5(KACC 91394P) is isolated from rhizosphere soil of Capsicum annuum. A composition for preventing plant diseases contains the Bacillus velezensis S3-5(KACC 91394P), culture medium thereof, or culture medium extract. The plant diseases are from Rhizoctonia solani, Phytophthora capsici, Colletotrichum coccodes, Fusarium oxysporum, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Botrytis cinerea, Magnaporthe grisea, or Alternaria panax.

PURPOSE: An insecticidal composition containing Chenopodium genus plant extract is provided to reduce pollution in farm and to produce well-being vegetables and fruits. CONSTITUTION: An insecticidal composition contains Chenopodium genus plant extract by isolating the Chenopodium genus plant with organic solvent. The target pest is Aphididae, acari, heterocera, and leafhoppers. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, dichloromethane or hexane. A method for extracting the Chenopodium comprises: a step of drying leaves, stems, and/or roots of Chenopodium and mixing with dried sample and organic solvent to extract at room temperature for 48 hours; a step of concentrating the extract and drying to obtain crude extract; and a step of adding distilled water to suspend and fractioning.

A composition for preventing pine wilt disease comprises a resorcinol base compound of the chemical formula 1 or Myristica malabarica plant extract as an active ingredient. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 is individually H or OH. The Myristica malabarica plant is a Bombay Myristica malabarica. The Myristica malabarica plant is contained in the concentration of 50-1,000mg/ml. A solvent for producing the Myristica malabarica plant is selected from methanol, methanol solution, ethanol, ethanol solution, butanol, butanol solution, acetone, hexane, ethylacetate, methylenechloride and their mixture.

The plant diseases are selected from the group consisting of red pepper epidemic, tomato gray mold and tomato blight. A method for preventing the plant diseases includes a step of treating soil or plants with the microorganism agent. The 1.0 x10^3cell/ml to 1.0 x10^11cell/ml of the microorganism agent is treated to the soil or the plants.

A Fusarium oxysporum EF119 strain and bikaverin produced by the same are provided to inhibit the growth of various plant pathogens, thereby being used for environment-friendly controlling of plant diseases and producing organic agricultural products with high added value. A formulation for controlling plant diseases comprises bikaverin represented by the formula(1) as an effective ingredient, wherein the plant disease is plant disease generated by oomycetes, rice blast disease, anthracnose, Alternaria leaf spot or Botrytis cinerea of tomato and the concentration of the bikaverin is 10-500vmug/ml. To control plant disease, the bikaverin is treated with the plant.
