Abstract: PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, and an image sensor including the same are provided to improve a signal of a visible ray area and an IR(Infra Red) ray area using light absorption of silicon. CONSTITUTION: A first light sensing part(110) senses visible rays and IR rays. A pixel comprises a second light sensing part(120). CONSTITUTION: An arc detection apparatus comprises a sensor module(10) and a processor module(30). The sensor module measures arc. The processor module processes data, which has been measured at the sensor module. The sensor module comprises an RGB color sensor, which measures data for the arc, which occurs in a chamber. The RGB color sensor senses one or more of red, green or blue visible areas on the arc. The arc detection apparatus measures the color data, saturation data and brightness data of the occurred arc and detects the arc. The processor module comprises one or more AD converters(22), which converts analogue data from the sensor module to digital data.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A luminance-priority color sensor is provided which includes in an electronic sensor a layer that substantially and generally matches the luminance response of the human eye. CONSTITUTION: In luminance-priority multilayer color film, one of the layers substantially matches the luminance sensitivity of the human eye. This luminance layer distinguishes from prior art color films that have a blue, a green, and a red sensitive layer. This luminance layer has the priority front position to sense light before being diffused and attenuated by other layers. In another embodiment, a layered CCD sensor has a top silicon layer (1012) that is sensitive to all colors, followed by a yellow filter (1010), a second silicon layer (1008) responsive to green and red light only because of the yellow filter, a cyan filter (106), and a bottom silicon layer (1004) receiving only green light. An image from a luminance-priority color sensor inputs to a color space conversion to recover full color.
