PURPOSE: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided to be capable of preventing the increase of temperature and pressure at an oscillation region of a laser beam generator and securing the easiness of fabrication. CONSTITUTION: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided with a monoatomic fluorine generator having a fluorine oxidizing agent supply port and a fuel supply port, a laser beam generator having a deuterium supply port, connected with the monoatomic fluorine generator for forming an oscillation region, the first direction expansion nozzle(2) for increasing the travel speed of the monoatomic fluorine flowed into the oscillation region, a plurality of deuterium jet bars(30), each having a plurality of deuterium jet ports(14), installed at an outlet port of the first direction expansion nozzle along the expansion direction of the first direction expansion nozzle, and an optical resonator installed at one side of the laser beam generator for generating laser beam from the active medium of deuterium fluoride. At this time, the outlet port of the first direction expansion nozzle is vertical to a delivery direction.

본 발명은 탈부착 가능하도록 가스셀 이송장치에 장착된 가스셀의 이송위치를 감지하고, 상기 가스셀이 기 설정된 위치에 도달하면 신호를 생성하며, 이에 따라 레이저의 발사 및 레이저의 분포를 측정하도록 형성된 열적번짐 측정장치를 제공한다. 또한, 상기 이송 가능한 가스셀은 레이저 발사부 및 빔분포 측정부와 이격 되도록 배치된다. 상기 레이저의 발사와 레이저 분포의 측정이 동시에 이루어져 실시간으로 측정이 가능하고, 측정의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 측정에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 진동을 감소시킬 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided with a monoatomic fluorine generator having a fluorine oxidizing agent supply port and a fuel supply port, a laser beam generator having a deuterium supply port, connected with the monoatomic fluorine generator for forming an oscillation region, the first direction expansion nozzle for increasing the travel speed of the monoatomic fluorine flowed into the oscillation region, a deuterium supply pipe(11) installed through the first direction expansion nozzle, a deuterium jet pipe(30) prolonged from the deuterium supply pipe toward the wall of a supersonic expansion part(12), a deuterium jet port(9) formed at one end of the deuterium jet pipe, and an optic resonator installed at one side of the laser beam generator for generating laser beam from the active medium of deuterium fluoride. At this time, the deuterium jet pipe is shaped into a linear type structure.
