Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for detecting occupants of a vehicle is provided to prevent a seat crimp from pressing a sensor antenna when an occupant sits on a seat. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting occupants of a vehicle comprises a sensor antenna(110) and a sensor antenna protection member(300). A transverse seat crimp is installed in a vehicle seat. The sensor antenna is installed in the vehicle seat and senses the seating of an occupant. The sensor antenna protection member is attached on a part where the sensor antenna and the seat crimp cross each other.
