본 발명은 신규한 아플라톡신 B1 검출용 표지물질 및 이를 포함한 아플라톡신 B1 검출용 키트에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 나노입자-아플라톡신 B1-담체단백질 중합체의 아플라톡신 B1 검출용 표지물질 및 이를 포함한 단일 검출선으로 구성된 아플라톡신 B1 검출 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 나노입자-아플라톡신 B1-담체단백질 중합체의 검출용 표지물질 및 이를 포함하는 아플라톡신 B1 검출용 키트는 검출선에 고정된 항체와의 경쟁적 결합 반응을 유도함으로써 항체의 변형을 최소화하여 항체의 활성 효율을 극대화하는 효과가 있으며, 정량적 및 정성적인 아플라톡신 B1 검출에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition including a silkworm extract as an active ingredient for regulating blood glucose, a natural medial product, and a health functional food. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention includes an active ingredient including an extract extracted from silkworms at day 3 of the fifth stadium, wherein the extract is extracted using ethanol as a solvent. The pharmaceutical composition, the natural medical product including the same for regulating blood glucose, and the health functional food of the present invention have accurate preparation method and capacity to secure a high blood glucose regulatory function so that remedial effects which can be induced therefrom are more excellent than from existing silkworm powder. Moreover, the pharmaceutical composition is not limited to existing silkworm farming products but is able to be developed to a high value product so that incomes in silkworm farms can be increased.

CONSTITUTION: The fruit nondestructive selecting device includes a weight measuring instrument; a sweetness degree measuring unit; and a decision device. The weight measuring instrument(20) measures weights of fruits transferred by a conveyor. The sweetness degree measuring unit(30) measures sweetness degrees of fruits transferred by a conveyor. The decision device decides classes of fruits with measuring results transferred from the weight measuring instrument and the sweetness degree measuring unit. An optical detection sensor transforms lights transmitting fruits into a spectral shape.

A process for preparation of the natural silk including silver nano-particle is provided to obtain silk fabric having antibiotic and disinfectant properties by breeding silkworm with silver nano-particle included feed, and to apply to various health goods. A silver nano-particle powder is sprayed on the mulberry leaves. A natural silk is obtained by breeding silkworm with mulberry leaves including the silver nano-particle. A silver nano-particle included spray is manufactured in first process. The feed of the silkworm is produced using the silver nano-particle spray in second process. The silkworm is bred with mixture of the silver nano-particle solution and the feed of the silkworm. The barrel type stirrer having sufficient depth according to the spray particle, and stirring three dimensionally is used in the evaporation process of the nano-particle. Magnetron sputter, ion beam sputter, resistance heating using DC(Direct Current)/RF(Radio Frequency) power, PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) or CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) is used in the vacuum evaporation method.
