Abstract:
본 발명은 돼지배아줄기세포주, 및 단위생식(parthenogenesis)법을 이용하여 돼지 미성숙 난자로부터 배반포(blastocyst)를 생산하고, 생산된 배반포를 부화시켜 돼지배아줄기세포를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법으로 돼지배아줄기세포를 보다 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of pig embryonic stem cells from the pig embryonic stem cells and pig immature ovum is provided to have pluripotency which is similar to pig embryonic stem cells originated from blastodermic vesicle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pig embryonic stem cells from the pig embryonic stem cells and pig immature ovum comprises the following steps: maturing ovum by cultivating immature ovum of the pig; parthenogenesizing the matured ovum by activating by electrostimulation; cultivating and incubating the activated ovum with blastocyst; and cultivating inner cell mass originated from the incubated blastodermic vesicle and producing the ovum originated embryonic stem cell. The ovum in the second step is the first or the second ovum. The blastocyst cultivation in the third step is completed in a culture medium in which the fetal bovine serum (FBS) is included. The inner cell mass cultivation in the fourth step is completed in the culture medium including LIF, and BFGF or SCF.

PURPOSE: A feed additive composition including lactobacillus reuteri is provided to improve the intestinal regulation effect and the enteropathogenic bacteria inhibition effect of animals. CONSTITUTION: A feed additive composition contains lactobacillus reuteri with the 16s rDNA including a base sequence of the sequence number 1. The lactobacillus reuteri has the acid resistance, the bile tolerance, and the intestine adhesion capacity. The feed additive is capable of inhibiting the intestinal proliferation of pathogenic bacteria.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing pluripotent stem cells from canine umbilical cord matrix is provided to express one or more differentiation markers(Oct-3/4, Sox-2, SSEA-4, Nanog). CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing umbilical cord matrix-derived mesenchymal stem cells comprises: a step of collecting an umbilical cord matrix and removing amnion from the umbilical cord matrix; a step of treating the umbilical cord matrix with trypsin/EDTA at 36-38°C for 30 minutes to one hour; a step of removing umbilical artery and umbilical vein from the umbilical cord matrix; a step of treating the umbilical cord matrix with collagenase at 36-38°C for 30 minutes to 2 hours and collecting single cells; and a step of culturing and collecting the pluripotent mesenchymal stem cells in a medium. The medium contains bFGF(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor).

본 발명은 내산성, 내담즙성, 장내부착능, 전분가수분해능이 우수하고, 항생제에 대한 감수성이 있으며, 동물이 섭취했을 때 증체량, 병원성 세균 방어효과 등의 우수한 효과를 나타내는 신규한 락토바실러스 루테리에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 락토바실러스 루테리를 동물용 사료 또는 의약품으로 사용할 경우, 동물의 장내 병원성 세균 억제, 소화증진 및 정장효과를 지속적으로 나타낼 수 있어 축산 농가의 가축질병으로 인한 경제적 피해를 크게 감소시킬 수 있고, 뿐만 아니라 이를 활용하여 수입 동물용 의약품을 대체할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody with improved binding specificity and affinity and a kit for detecting aflatoxin B1 are provided to enhance purification efficiency and detection intensity. CONSTITUTION: A conjugate comprises aflatoxin B1, a linker, and a carrier protein. The mole ratio of aflatoxin B1 and carrier protein is 1:5.5-1:6.5, respectively. The carrier protein is Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA), KLH(keyhole limpet hemocyanin), or ovalbumin. A kit for detecting aflatoxin B1 contains the monoclonal antibody.
