Abstract: A vision inspection apparatus is provided to remove easily particles from an inspecting target by using ventilation from a pickup member. A vision inspection apparatus(1) includes a stage(30) on which an inspecting target is loaded. A pickup member(10) is used for lifting the inspecting target by using vacuum pressure. A transfer unit(20) transfers the pickup member to the stage or the pickup member from the stage to a predetermined place. A pump(P) is coupled with the pickup member in order to form a vacuum state for lifting the inspecting target. The pump is used for removing particles from the inspecting target loaded on the stage.
