    Abstract: PURPOSE: A back side lighting image sensor and an operating method thereof are provided to offer improved sensitivity images by controlling a transmission control signal including effective accumulation time. CONSTITUTION: Different kinds of pixels(10) individually include a white pixel(10-1), a blue pixel(10-2), a red pixel(10-3), and a green pixel(10-4).
