Abstract: 팩스데이터 처리시스템 및 그의 처리방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 팩스데이터 처리시스템은, 발신측 팩스데이터 송수신장치로부터 전송된 발신자정보 및 팩스데이터를 수신측 팩스데이터 송수신장치가 수신하고, 전송대상 컴퓨터로 팩스데이터를 전송하는 팩스데이터 처리시스템에 있어서, 수신측 팩스데이터 송수신장치는, 발신자정보, 컴퓨터 및 이메일주소가 기록된 팩스데이터 전달주소록을 저장한 저장부, 발신자정보가 팩스데이터 전달주소록의 발신자정보 중 어느 한 발신자주소와 매칭되는지 판단하고, 판단결과 매칭되는 경우 대응되는 컴퓨터 및 이메일주소를 전송대상 컴퓨터 및 전송대상 이메일주소로서 각각 처리하는 수신정보 분석부 및 팩스데이터를 전송대상 컴퓨터 및 전송대상 이메일주소로 각각 전송하도록 처리하는 수신정보 처리부을 포함하고, 팩스데이터가 전송대상 컴퓨터� �� 전송실패된 경우, 전송대상 이메일주소로 팩스데이터를 재전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수신된 팩스데이터를 컴퓨터에 전송할 수 없는 상황에서도 해당 이메일주소로 팩스데이터를 전송하여 팩스데이터 수신에 대한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다.

Abstract: 인쇄시스템이 개시된다. 본 인쇄시스템은 화상형성장치, 및 화상형성장치와 접속 가능한 호스트를 구비하는 인쇄시스템에 관한 것으로서, 화상형성장치는, 화상형성장치에 대한 환경설정값을 저장하는 저장부, 환경설정값에 대한 환경설정파일을 생성하는 설정파일 생성부, 및 환경설정파일을 호스트로 전송하는 제어부를 구비하며, 제어부는 호스트에 전송되어 저장된 환경설정파일을 로드하여 저장부에 설정된 환경설정값을 갱신한다. 이러한 인쇄시스템에 의하면, 화상형성장치의 인쇄환경을 파일로 저장할 수 있으며, 저장된 파일을 화상형성장치로 로드하여 저장된 파일의 설정 정보에 따라 인쇄할 수 있도록 함으로서 화상형성장치의 많은 설정 정보들을 일일이 입력하는 번거로움을 제거할 수 있다. 또한, 화상형성장치 관리자가 다수의 화상형성장치를 설정해야 할 경우에는 저장된 파일에 따라 다수의 화상형성장치에 대해 일괄적으로 인쇄환경을 설정할 수 있다.
