The present invention relates to a positive type photosensitive resin composition, an insulating film using the same, and a display device including the insulating film. The positive type photosensitive resin composition comprises: (A) an alkali-soluble resin including a polybenzoxazole precursor, polyamic acid, polyimide, or a combination thereof; (B) a photosensitive diazoquinone compound; (C) an acrylic binder including repeating units derived from a dioxolane-based compound represented by chemical formula 10; and (D) a solvent. In chemical formula 10, each substituent is the same as defined in the specification.
